I have a podcast that I am using to develop an audience. I hope to leverage this toward getting listeners to find future book offerings. I published a book in 2014 on kindle just to see if I could. I did not promote it, and maybe priced too high. I appreciate your content. thank you.

I don't get why anyone would pay 45x the month profit? It is gonna take the person who bought the business so long to get their money back. Also, if you have a business that is bringing in cash flow why even sell it? Couldn't you just live off of its cash flow money instead?

@@Bamboohoodini I have thought this over more and it isn't as crazy as I first thought. Most people buy businesses on yearly earnings. Saying 45x a month is roughly 3-4x yearly earnings, which is normal. It still doesn't make sense to me to sell something that is bringing in tons of cash with little work, but if you need or want the money right this second it makes sense
