I really enjoyed this video. As weird as it is, I get really bad anxiety when my boyfriend leaves at 4:30 in the morning. I work 2nd shift which means I get to sleep in later. But I don't like that feeling of being alone which causes the anxiety and your videos help a ton with feeling a little less alone, calming my anxiety and putting me back to sleep. I'm super grateful! 💜
I have a bunk bed and I sleep at the lower bed..so I took two clothes hangers and stick them in between the planks that hold the mattress of the top bed...I slid my phone in and tried to sleep without moving but it turns out that it's impossible for me to not move while I'm asleep...yeah...my phone crashed on my face like a meteor when I turned my head around and pulled the earplugs cable...
to me it makes sense for monday to be the first day, saturday and sunday are the week END days. Most people work monday to friday... Just seems logical to me, I'm from England tho if that makes it any different...?

Pill sorting is SO THERAPUTIC!!! I helped in the nurse’s station at a summer camp one summer and got to do that for a couple hours (the kids couldn’t medicate themselves, so their pills were put in little containers to be distributed when they needed them). It was so relaxing

Zninja 1162 for me days have textures so Monday’s like sand paper Tuesday is snake skin. Wednesday feels kinda like greasy Thursday feels like denim and Friday feels silky and Saturday feels like a cloud. And then Sunday feels like a flower petal
I don't know if this could be synesthesia but for me numbers have personalities. I feel it's weird but I actually like it. Also, right and left for me are like totally opposite places to be, like left is a garden and right is like a dark place with fire. Don't know what else to say...
