I usually have incognito on for this but I decided to just come comment. I have insomnia and get horrible nightmares almost every night, I’ve tried different types of noises to help me fall and stay asleep but none of them work all too well. This is the exception. Something as simple as a persons breathing makes me feel like I am at peace while sleeping and I have no issues when I listen to this. Thank you so much for helping me sleep and getting me through this difficult time in my life.
