I bought the exact scanner tool (Launch 123E OBD2) i can't get it to work with my BMW 1 series f20, it says that ECU is not equipped! do you have any idea about that?

Check if you need upgrade. You might have to buy the software in the mall option of the scanner it’s 49.95 for the year.
