    What gives her the right to endanger the lives of the decent public. She thinks she gets to take a 5 ton bomb and risk killing other peoples children. This woman belongs in jail. It’s the same as spotting a gun in a crowd. Absolutely pathetic

    She weighs maybe 135 lbs with a BAC of 0.31... To not only be conscious and virtical, but so coherent and stable on her feet is truly shocking. Clearly this woman has had an ongoing, severe drinking problem for a while. I've seen 200 lb men at half that level who are clearly VERY impaired... unsteady on their feet, sluring badly, repeating things over and over etc.
    For this DUI she got 3 mo's with an ignition interlock device, 12 hr's at an intoxicated driver resource center and $690 in fines. But apparently she learned absolutely nothing... 15 mo's later, in Oct. 2023, she got a 2nd DUI in New Jersey, with a BAC of 0.31 again. Hopefully this time the judge orders her to wear a SCRAM monitor for atleast a year. She's cleary the kind of severe habitual drinker that needs to be monitored 24/7.
    I sincerely hope she's able to heal whatever pain she's trying to numb and stops drinking before she destroys lives, including her own.

However, after watching a myriad of these videos, it's clear that it doesn't matter. Most drive without licenses, don't carry registration, insurance, etc., and think it's the norm.

    Nerylix ought to be charged the cost of the ambulance and the medical care. Her attitude stinks also, and if I had been a cop at the station her jewellery would have come off either removed or cut off.
    She has some nerve blaming the cops for preventing her picking up her parents at the airport. If her parents have any sense whatsoever, it's not the cops they are goung to blame.
    She is remarkably coherent for someone this hammered. She has built up unusual tolerance. She is deep, deep into a drinking addiction.

    Damn...the last time I had that high of a BAC...I woke up in the ER (don't remember the ambulance ride). Thankfully, no one was injured...all I hit was a big metal garbage disposal in the middle of the night and totalled my car. The reason for the ambulance was that I was unconscious and the front of the car was so badly wrecked that apparently they thought that I must've had internal injuries.
    This was like 20 years ago when I did a lot of stupid things (should've died a few times but somehow didn't) that I deeply regret and would never do now. I guess some of us need a few close calls to finally learn our lessons. I no longer find any reason whatsoever to consume any amount of alcohol. Life is now so much easier to deal with being sober. 👌😎✌️

      Good question. I feel like they would try to proceed. They say and said to her even they just want you to do your best which is ridiculous because if a person knows they can't do it that's still judged against you.
      Nobody should ever do these no matter what decline. Because realistically nobody passes and mistakes will be made by anyone. They are designed to fail. They watch so many details that's why the instructions are so specific

    • @myname2339
      @myname2339 9 місяців тому

      Field sobriety tests are voluntary and if you are stumbling the police can decide not to push for it. But once the cops pull you out of the car you are most likely getting arrested. The real check is your eyes they know your are drunk by looking at your eyes and giving you the light test. The other exercises are to just to gather more evidence for a case against you so technically they are not needed. They are also in case you blow a zero if you stumble during the test they can then try to get you for drugs or pills. Like the other person commented never take the FST even if you haven’t been drinking let them arrest you and do a breath test. Then have the case dismissed or they just send you home. There is one of those videos were they just sent the kid home after he blew a zero.
