    I've been told that i'm not very good at swinging my arms while hurdling. What are some ways i can improve on this?

      Drop the hurdle height until you're literally running over them with sprint arms and then gradually bring them back up making sure not to revert to "flying" arms. 2 or 3 sessions should be enough.

      Paul Warren even if i put the hurdles all the way down i'll be doing flying arms. I'm very short

      Start with some agility hurdles, once you have the correct arm movement engrained you should be able to move up quickly.

      ahhh Really, most football/soccer teams use them for drills.
