Thanks AJ for the vid . I'll always have a place in the old ticker for my Hosim 9125 being my first 10 scale RC easy to take apart and repair I'm actually working on mine as speak 😅 good job 👍🏽
My first RC was a little Hosim and the same thing happened! Blew out both diffs in minutes! Unfortunately this was a few years back when Covid was going on and the parts didn’t come in for months! By then I had an Arrma Granite 3s and never looked back!
X07 was my first RC car I got. I had many issues with the diffs on mine. Also, I believe the brakes are set too high as mine would tend to do a front flip when trying to stop. Other than that it is a good little starter vehicle.
I have 5 losi and 2 different hosim and my RedCat Franken Buggy. I love them all but use my Hosims the ones I use most. The Hosims fit in my backpack with the batteries and extra stuff so that's probably why. I do like how tuff they are . I have bashed them at the local skatepark. I'm mostly doing backflips off the half pipe stuff like that . I didn't break a thing. I did eat up some tires though. I think Hosim is good I would buy mine again if I needed too.
What's your thoughts on putting the metal exb diff housing and diffs with 80k from kraton exb 6s v2 in the fireteam. I want to do it but I don't see anything on UA-cam about it. I just wanna know if it will change the way my fireteam drives.
New subscriber love your content🤘 I have a hosim x07 before I got my arrmas. I broke the front diff twice. I’m on my 3rd rear diff/ transmission. I’ve just given up fixing it. I won’t give it to my kid because if he accidentally lands on power it will pretty much 100% break a diff. Hope that helps someone 🤙
Ya i went away from those amazon cars had nothing but problems with them there cheap and good that way but they break so easily with very little abuse i dont have that one but i have another hosim and the rear differential would snap the screws after awile and happened twice so i gave up on it.....
I think its fair tp have defects now n then..now if the conpany is easily reached and makes it right n sends you a new replacement diff..thats a whole nother story...wich they should because you only ran it 2 minutes lol
