The reason it is cooked in tomato sauce to give the chickp. More flavor. So why just cook them in plain water?

This sure looks good i would add small peices of brocolie and cawlifer and carrots little cube sides and got super meal served on rice, but just as is that looks filling enough for sure, I just need few veg to it, like carrots peppers just a touch of something else to the mix
