Nice video! Enjoyed watching you getting some upgrades completed. You did a great job! I like that seat! Hope all is well my friend. Keep up the great work and keep bringing us that great content. You rock buddy!
Seat definitely looks nice! Great additions Buck! Gotta find that sweet spot 👍 badass decal on the front of the yak!!! 114 degrees damnnnn. Enjoyed this brother!!!
Great job showing off the upgrades bro! I may borrow your camera angle idea in trade HAHA! I also need to add another rod holder to mine. It would be great to have one more combo out there with me.
Since it's you, I'll allow you to borrow my camera angles. Lol. The extra rod holders were very easy to install, and they fit really nicely where I have them. Should be exactly the same on yours.
I was absolutely nervous. Lol. It was hard to see my line when the plastic started bunching up in front of the saw. That's something that's hard to do over. Lol
Man, I can't remember off the top of my head. When I get home I'll look it up and send you a link. I should have included links in the description, but didn't think about it.
Awesome video man. I like your upgrade you did to the kayak. I have the same kayak colors & all. I have a question? I want to add some Hatches to my Kayak. What size Hatches did you use to put on your kayak & were did you get them at? I have been looking all over but they have been the Wrong size. I would appreciate your help. Good video buddy thanks you for sharing it.
Thanks for watching! The hatches I have are 6" round, and come in a 2 pack from Amazon. You just cut a hole in the kayak, and install them. They come with a gasket and screws for mounting. My buddy Joe with Parabellum Fishing actually found them first, and told me about them. He also has the same kayak in a different color. If you send me an email at bayoubuck318@gmail.com I'll reply with the link to those hatches.
Are those knockoff gopro cameras? They dont look water resistant at all (open ports) and typically have unusable quality and a narrow field of view. Think you would be better with even a single chest mounted GoPro 9 or newer. I use a backpack clamp on my lifejacket.
They're both different versions of Akaso cameras. One of them, USED to be waterproof, until I broke a hatch cover. With the external batteries I use, they wouldn't be waterproof anyway. Never had an issue with video quality, but I have been considering at least 1 real Gopro. I've been spending too much on other toys to make that happen yet. Lol
@@bayoubuckoutdoors gotcha.. the gopros have a special passthrough door with a bit of rubber gasket that comes with a cable that fits the opening snug.. not waterproof but definitely no worries of spray or rain or splashes. I just got the same boat as a second kayak because it fits my roof top carrier where my old town PDL is 120 pounds and needs a trailer... Lots of spots here don't have trailer parking. I like most of your mods, probably going to do a front hatch like yours.
@mainelyhobbies my buddy Joe at Parabellum Fishing has the same boat, and I borrowed a few of his mods. I'm still fairly new to kayaks. I started off with a Lifetime Tioga, which didn't last long. Horribly uncomfortable. So far, I'm really enjoying the Teton.
Just got two of these for $300 brand new excited to put some upgrades with all the saved money
Dude! That's an awesome deal! I think you'll like them. I've been having a lot of fun with mine.

Thanks brother! It all came together pretty nicely. I'm overjoyed with the seat for sure.

Thanks brother! The seat alone was enough to make me happy. Huge improvement over the old kayak. That seat was brutal!
Awesome video brother👍
Thanks brother

Thanks brother.
Thats a nice kayak brother! I love the upgrades you added! Were you a little nervous cutting that hole lol? Good luck with everything my friend!

@@bayoubuckoutdoors your good I’ll appreciate that
What's the milk crate idea?
Lots of people strap a milk crate to the back of their kayaks for storing tackle boxes and such. Usually they'll have rod holders strapped to them.

I could have given you a couple of those rod holders, I bought for the Pirogue and decided not to use them
Once I got home with everything, I looked around and realized I already had 3 of those rod holders. Oh well.

@@bayoubuckoutdoorssaw one of your fishing videos, the cameras do better than I thought. Handheld mehh/Shakey, but mounted was good.
@mainelyhobbies honestly, 99% of the time, when something looked hand held, like intros and such, I'm using my cellphone.
Yakitty yak. Don’t talk back
I read that in Arnold Schwarzeneggers voice.
