Love the senko stuck to the seat. I almost bought one for my loaner/friend kayak. They really are worth the price. Especially nice that they are one piece molded. Plus moding is easy. I wonder if it's possible to raise the seat for a those with back problems. I had to years back go with a seat as high as possible. Keep on keeping on brother. Great video and perfect to the point info
Thanks for the comment, I definitely agree! And the Senko added the perfect touch :). I am glad you enjoyed the video and Thanks again for the support!
my first yak was the lifetime tamarack pro, which i got on sale for 175.00 at Walmart. it was a special sale at 50% off. I've since upgraded, but I still have it. Looks similar to the Teton. Lifetime makes great affordable yaks for sure. Nice vid.
Ih yea that is the one I was looking st before the teton. They defibitely are very good kayaks for the price! I can’t wait ti upgrade though. Thanks for comment!
Hello happy fishing Thursday 🎣 my friend if I had a kayak I would bolt down a D ring on the back of the kayak close to the back of your kayak chair and strap it down using the D ring and making that back support of the chair more secure you should try doing this diy for your kayak chair back support 🎣👍
Oh heck, yeah dude it is a great kayak for the price! And it is definitely a tank and can take just about anything! Remember to subscribe if you aren’t yet!
It is way easier to transport, but you can stand on the 12 T. The 12 T feels like something that you can actually modify and make your own, but you’re pretty limited with a lifetime.
I’m a bigger guy, over 6ft and between 250-260. How stable is do you think this kayak would be for us bigger and taller guys? Do you think it would float high enough in the water?

Yoooo! I’ve got the same yak. It’s a beast and definitely gets the job done.

Hi, late to the game, is the removable seat a viable option to use as a beach chair if you beac it somewhere?
Hey no problem! I would say yes it would be! Never tried it but I don’t see why not
Do you know how to replace the paddle bungee cords? I am having a hard time replacing them.
No clue sorry! Remember to subscribe if you aren’t yet!
Could get the clip like he has
How would it compare against the ascend 12 t ?

This is great, thanks! Quick question - what is the foam/cushion on top of the malone foldaway? It does not look like it came with it.
Thanks for the comment! And the foam pieces do come with the foldaway, they are shaped to fit right in there perfectly!
Nice video
Thanks for watching!
Question, can you add a rod holder to one of the tracks on the left or right?
Yes you can easily if you pick up a YakAttack rod holder or even a ram mount rod holder. Remember to subscribe!

I think you would be fine, I am 6 foot tall and at the time of using the kayak I was around 210 to 220 pounds
No better off getting the 12ft lifetime Teton pro.. its 450lb max and super stable. Only 100 more oh seat is way better and storage
Forsure definitely a good choice for the budget category!
Can you stand up on it?
Not comfortably. Can’t stand and fish.
