I got into Yerba a couple of years ago. Can be drank hot or cold, traditionally drank through a Bombilla from a small rounded cup, made from a dried, hollowed fruit, they call a gourd.it's taste isn't for everyone but it's healthy stuff. I believe it originated in Argentina, but I might well be wrong?

What was the fish you filleted at home after the mackerel? I bought that fish several times at a Thai market in Hua Hin Thailand. I just know it as a grouper. Loved that fish. More than the king mackerel I bought once.

Just a bit of nit picking. The Argentinian tea is actually maté, but pronounced as martay,like you have on the can. Over here in Nz, you can buy the real tea leaves, if you know where to look. As you probably know, it's a social drink to be shared, using the same container. You just drink it as it is. Nothing added. That's all this kiwi knows. Again thank you for sharing guys.
