Hey man, your channel is about the only one I watch on a regular basis. I love movies and always had my nose kind of up in the sky when it came to the mainstream ones - especially Disney, Star Wars etc. But you helped me appreciate the monumental craft behind these projects! I never thougt about nor appreciated things like concept art for characters, environments, objects etc - but you “taught” me that even a movie I don’t like can be based on some wonderful artwork. I think, the best example for your approach is your review on the art-book for the Warcraft-movie. I never heard such an original review on this film - how they transformed the design of the game so perfectly for a life-action-movie. For most people it’s very hard to see past the bad things in a movie. That leads me to my question: have you ever considered making movie-reviews? I would be very interested in your opinion concerning a lot of movies - old and new ones. Last thing I wanted your attention drawn to: I noticed a channel called “Pure unintentional ASMR” uploaded a compilation of your videos called “Australian guy whispering about comic books accidentaly makes ASMR” - hope that happened with your consent… Greets from Germany.
@Hard2Flatter - Haha, you're comment has certainly made my day - I really appreciate it and am always relieved to hear someone actually finds my ramblings worthwhile! I've never thought about doing movie reviews before as I find fiction much harder to review than non-fiction as it's more subjective. Additionally, I think I have pretty unpopular opinions in terms of what movies I do/don't like. But if I can think of an interesting take on the idea of what a movie review should be, it's definitely something I'd consider now that I know you're interested. Also, I did give that ASMR channel permission to upload my videos, but I'm very grateful you pointed it out anyway since I have had problems with other channels stealing my videos in the past.
Any thoughts on The World of Cyberpunk 2077? Well, I kinda already owned it but still an interesting 'prelude' book when the game have not even come out yet.
@Croz Raven - Even though I'm super excited for the game, I probably won't review the Cyberpunk book unless I can find it incredibly cheap. Since it's from the same author/publishing team as the awful World of the Witcher book, I'm concerned it won't be worth the time, money or disappointment.
I agree! That would have been secrets for the reader to unravel to add enjoyment/sort of an adventure as if you were abstergo employee/black beard lost journal.
They should have included Edwards journal! Now that would have engaged the audience even greater. And making these journals puzzle solving/engaging activities and so on, would have further added the assassin's Creed enjoyable atmosphere.
Thanks for the insight review. I never had any of the AC art books, otherwise it'll be a huge undertaking of collecting them all. I already have The Division, and the world of Ghost Recon Breakpoint books, and all three Tomb Raider books (huge TR fan).
3:08 I mean it's a In-universe book as if it's from their world.. So basically it's a abstergo employee handbook with templar propaganda and even some abstergo employees don't know that there actually working with templars... I mean can you really criticize it? Unless it has mis-information from Arno's story?
@Austin Nalley - Hi Austin, I definitely wanted to review that one, but it's so expensive that I can never justify buying it when there are so many more reasonably priced books on my wishlist!
@Max Mix Official YT - People frequently leave comments like this on my videos, which I find funny because I'm not actually speaking quietly, but rather in a normal conversational voice. Unfortunately most people's ears have become attuned to the standard style of delivery most UA-camrs use which is an unnaturally projected voice as if they're talking to a crowd or on stage. That, in conjunction with the rise in awareness of ASMR, means that any video where a person isn't speaking like a talk show host, sounds quiet to most people's ears because it's not what they're used to for this medium despite it being much more natural and normal. As proof, for the next few videos you watch from other UA-camrs, pay attention to the way they're speaking (delivery/tone/volume/etc.) and imagine they were talking to you like that in real life from a few feet away - it would seem really loud and weird. But I'm glad to hear you enjoy the videos at any rate!
The Art & Making of... Now in Fabulous 4K!
Thos was a great video man. I really appreciate it. Viva la France! 🇫🇷

Just discovered you! Really enjoy the videos. You have a great voice for this kind of work.
will you do a review of the book of the Art of Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 1? I'd love that
@Quasar89 - Absolutely I will! However, it probably won't be for quite a long time.

This might be your best review yet!

Hopefully future books have more dynamic/creative design/finish to them as you said in the video.
Man I would loooove a tour of where you stash all these books !

Have you got the art of the matrix book to review?

Any chance of you possibly reviewing the Dark Souls 3 Design works?
@Austin Nalley - Hi Austin, I definitely wanted to review that one, but it's so expensive that I can never justify buying it when there are so many more reasonably priced books on my wishlist!
Has anyone ever lose had a problem with the intractable stuff just coming lose I’ve owed 2 new copies and both has had the same problem.
Hello, do more Assassin's Creed book please.
Hello, join the channel's Patreon please.
