I’ve been CONSISTENTLY working out with Sydney since I had my second child, so 5 years now😅 (back here currently catching on the couple workouts I missed before summertime fine) I cannot begin to thank Sydney and Dustin enough. I told my husband just last night, physically I feel like capable for ANYTHING 💪 I’ve gained about 10-15lbs of pure muscle throughout the years! I know that because my clothes sizes stayed the same, but my scale weight went up and I’m wayyy more toned then I ever been!
