Sydney's workouts have became an insperable part of a good day for me. This year and the last one I've had a lot of studying to do and so much exam stretss and her programs helped me with being consistent and disciplined, focusing better, being more confident, managing my stress and keeping fit in spite of sitting behind a desk all day. I hope all my gratitude and appreciation reaches you queen❤
I completely agree, I work out in the evenings but look forward to my "me" time all day long. Mental and physical health has improved so much. Thank you for all you do to motivate and push us to the next level. I am ordering heavier weights this week!👏👏👏
Oh yeah! Legs still sore from Monday but crushed those glutes and hammies. I’ve seen so much change in the back of my legs and feel the muscle growing in my glutes. Can’t wait to get my next set of heavier weights to keep getting stronger 💪🏼
I turned 39 today - and loved this video . I am rittled w severe pain after a botched C- section… it’s 9 months post op . Working out w caution is the only thing keeping me from severe depression. For that I am thankful.

But years later I still feel somewhat numb. I don’t know how normal that is but these workout’s definitely help me. Sending you prayers ❤

This was so good…felt so strong. I love those hamstring curls….during the exercise I listened to Sydney and went up in those. Thought about starting with a band….didn’t used a dumbbell and then even went up!!! Be a master of your life!!! Crushed it!!!

Everytime I'm taking it easy too long, I stop moving regularly, I spend more time sitting or lying down, then I start feeling sad and I begin to fall into depressive patterns. More and more I feel like the best way to live is to stay moving as much as possible (with appropriate periods for rest and recovery). It's HARD to dig yourself out of unmoving inertia. An object in motion stays in motion and all that. I'm happier when my body feels good and a body is made to move! 😄
The quads are still sore, so I didn’t feel like I could go my heaviest in the squats and step-ups, but the glutes and hammies were definitely still feeling it 🥵🔥. Thank you for the great burn, Sydney! Great job crushing it, team ❤️! Let’s keep getting STRONGER 🙌🏼!

I came so close to not doing this workout due to soreness from Monday but it’s amazing what a massage gun and good warmup can do. So glad I showed up and gave it my all!!
I'm loving these hamstring curls! Doing them on my back with sliders always caused pain and frustration, but laying on my tummy and clamping a dumbbell between my feet is REALLY effective! Thanks for always pushing us, Sydney, and way to go, team!
25:23 It's not tedious if it's getting the job done! I don't mind repeating the same movements, I know that's best for hypertrophy and easy tracking of progress. I like to think of it as practicing a movement pattern! 😁 So excited to focus on our posterior chain! Many of us sit for so many hours that our entire posterior chain is usually weaker than our anterior chain. 😅
Was anyone else a bit concerned about this given the state our legs are in from Monday’s workout? 🙋🏻♀️ Pushed through and WORKED my glutes; might be walkin a liiiiittle funny tomorrow. 🤣

More and more I feel like the best way to live is to stay moving as much as possible (with appropriate periods for rest and recovery).
