    1) Where did you get those pliers?? They are awesome.
    2) what exactly makes the steam? If it's just a pair of solenoid valves going to a hose to a nozzle, what is heating the water to make steam? Or is it a lie and it's just a mist of water. (sigh).

Thank you very much for the information. I am sure I will need it in the future since we have purchased our first Whirlpool Steam Dryer. I do have a question though, where did you purchase the pliers you used to remove the hose. Do they have a specific name and if so, please pass the info along to me. I will be grateful. Thanks.

I had a problem with my valve getting stuck open, leaking everywhere. i just hit it with a hammer on the side where the hose attaches to the back of the dryer, it knocked out the debris and stopped it from leaking. The new well has some sediment

So are you able to tell me why mines leaking water but there's no water supply hooked up to it? I'm so confused. Takes 2 cycles to dry clothes as well

Longshot since this comment was from 2 years ago but did you ever find the issue? We have the same problem. Disconnected the water and hoped it would stop but it didn't.

So I was just chatting with Rachel via text to get a part. After going back and forth I was left waiting, for over 10min and never was replied to after asking if she was still there! I could see she started typing but stopped! I will unsubscribe from UA-cam. And will not support a business that doesn’t value its customers!!!!
