  • INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup lukewarm milk
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp active dry yeast
    -let the yeast bloom for 5to 10 mins.
    440gr All Purpose flour or Breadflour or combination ( I used both)
    (plus more if dough is sticky)
    2tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    ¼ cup milk powder
    2 tbsp condensed milk
    1 large Egg
    70gr softened unsalt3d butter
    MakeS 15 to 18 pcs depending how big or small you like the pansedal.
