I bought the vintage diver when it came onto market. Custom dialed for $25 and a 2 week extension in shipping time. The only upgrade was when I ordered the female endlinks ($10). Love the shark crown and rivets bracelet. I ordered the V2 limited edition with a blue snowflake dial / handset. It also has the rivetless bracelet with the on-the-fly clasp. Absolute top watch! The new bezel is coin edge instead of the gear cut edge and has a matching matte blue bezel insert. The applied markers are filled with Swiss BGW9 Superluminova and shine all night! The price was even lower than my original! The on-the-fly clasp can adjust up to 13mm making this wearable above or below the wristbone comfortably.

love the concept, to often we get caught up on the hype train chassing the new hotness and forget those things that will continue to be classics. Thanks for reminding us of that.
@@theabcofedc3565 I wear it every day on an Erika's original strap that is black with a sand stripe and bronze metal parts. It's really pretty and has very good lume.
@@theabcofedc3565 ohh that's great news. I'm really excited and with the number of channels saying it's good, I feel comfortable. Especially options like yours that don't seem sponsored in anyway by the brand itself. Ive been a big brand buyer only (not luxury), but seiko, tissot, citizen, and been scared to buy Chinese. However, with a dozen channels all rating the quality of San Martin so highly, i have to try them. I have this watch and their 62mas homage in the cart. FYI- it's really cool you engage with the viewers and the only way i can pay you back was by subbing (its nothing i know, but all i can do). Cheers mate!
just ordered this one, great video bro! Im gonna make a review video because I havent' see any for the more recent versions - they come with the female endlinks and an oyster (not riveted) bracelet. given how troublesome the riveted bracelet seems to have been, I think these are both upgrades. keep it up!!
One of my first SanMartin watches. Still gets plenty of wrist time. One of the few watches my wife actually likes. I think it’s the only one she likes. Quality does last longer than a cheap price.
@@theabcofedc3565 I have sold this watch last month but I have got myself "Watchdives x San Martin" BB58 replacement. Same case, same black dial, but it's a Tudor BB58 homage. This time bazel is matte color (no more glossy shine).
Yeah, also love the concept of post-hype assessment. Another goodie, Rick. Cheers.
Thanks mate

Hi- can you tell us how to contact them for the custom dial work? And what the custom dial options might be? Thanks
Has anyone noticed the ghost orb that goes across the screen at 1:57? Could be a bit of dust to.
Great review!

I have one of these, bought about three years ago. There have been numerous updates made by San Martin, but I still prefer this original watch

What is that book on your desk? What's with the swastika border motif?
Lol! It does look a little like that huh? That my friend is the Art of War, by Sun Tzu (Written a while before that Hitler wanker)
Can you replace the bracelet with a different type of bracelet?
Yes, in fact it looks very nice on a vintage-style leather - JUICEY!!!
No no, it's Saaaaannn Martiiiiiin. Ha, love it, good idea for a series.
There is no after the hype, this Watch is stuning
It really is
Very difficult to see the watch when you don’t hold it still.
Let me introduce you to - ( drum roll ) the pause tab on your k board.
We need the clasp logo also on the dial and crown, otherwise it looks like a cheap watch, no class
😀✌
