It’s been lovely to watch Dingo’s body language change over time, much more at ease with life. She’s definitely happy with her human. Also, that stove is a work of art.
Yeah she is definitely adjusting to the camping life and she absolutely loves it . She was so nervous when I first got her , well she still is nervous now but nothing like how she was about 4 months ago .
Another great camp mark.love the retro gear.way heavier to carry then latest camping gear but way nicer.good girl dingo u only growled at the deer.you didn't chase after it.keep them coming mark.enjoying your camps 👍
A stupendous film Marc, relaxing, enjoyable, and intellectual. Love watching Dingo doing her stuff, my Hound of the Bascavils is a Sausage….😅 but he’s very sweet. Yes vintage camping I’m very much into, I have a tent very similar to the one your showing here, plus numerous army tents, like Alan has..😅 and I’ve just bought myself a vintage camping stove, again similar to the one you have on film, runs on paraffin. But last for days..lol, I think vintage camping has more character, and your certainly a character…😂😂 More please……Brian and Cookie, my sausage dog.
Its Mark and Dingo show ...comes round quick . Love vintage gear like u so well made and got character ...u have to use a brain to use them . People were tougher in those days too . Keep it up Mark 💪🙏
I'm an old fella, so I remember what is now termed 'vintage equipment.' The brass stove is beautiful. I always found them to be fiddly in cold weather and noisy to boot. I do love a brass hurricane lamp, especially if it burns paraffin rather than kerosene. Today, I cannot sleep on the ground and use a cot to get me half the way up in the mornings! It has taken me some time to realize that a perfectly satisfying camp meal is a bacon or a sausage roll!
I really love your solo retro camps with Dingo. Bacon roll with that Steak Detective sauce looked yummy. Another chillaxing video, and thaat tent looks great holding well in the rain, thanks for sharing
Enjoy your videos very much and REALLY like the vintage camps! I’m sure they’re more labor intensive, but PLEASE continue to add those to your repertoire! Thank you!
Love your video's Mark, Dingo is a great addition,Your camps are great. The force ten last vid was a great blast from the past, mine was double orange, just got rid of it, great memories many thanks.
I love the good ol gear. I had a companion tent just like that in the 70s and was the best ive had since. You keep the ol stuff going and ill keep watching. Cheers mate. 🇦🇺
good afternoon, Mark . I got to tell you, I really like these videos you've been doing with vintage gear. they are really cool. I really like all your videos but the vintage stuff is extra cool. maybe I'm just past vintage and heading for ancient 😂😂😂. Dwayne
At 9:15 coffee time, thanks and appreciation for the detailed primer and operation particulars on the Primus 96 stove and the appealing original instructions. Nice touch in giving Steve, the Steak Detective, and his Jump to Victory sauce a tout. T'was a nice camp even though you were tired and pressed for time.
lol me and my ex brothering in law walked the south downs way with metal framed rucksacks with a tent very similar and a stove like yours we used to knock on peoples doors asking for water and would allways get fed lol wouldnt get it now i was 10 he was 11 49 years ago how things have changed in the world
great video mark..loving the vintage stove..from the days when people took pride in their construction skills..dingo growling ...guarding her master/friend
Loving the vintage gear videos ..brings back some good memories ..keep up the great work ...also guys let's get this channel shared with as many of our friends as possible cause it deffo deserves bigger numbers of subscribers etc
Great video. I really like watching your vintage camps. I love vintage stuff . The stuff we get today certainly isn't the quality it was back many years ago. Things were made to last then. Love watching your dog enjoying herself.
Love your buddy Dingo!😊 I imagine living in Britain there are a lot of opportunities to pickup vintage camp kit, because of how long you all have been a country. A lot of people have come and gone leaving their old stuff behind. Thanks for sharing your trip.😊
@@mdmoutdooradventures That sounds AWESOME!!! Steve does steak sauces… Andy does multiple sauces… and YOU could create a particular woodsy blend of camp coffee!!!
I love watching you with Dingo. It’s clear how much you love her. I have two dogs that come camping - as soon as I say “holiday”, they know where we’re going and they’re so excited 😂
As an old fart I have to say I'm loving the retro camps Marc. I have a Primus No 5, love it, I also have a couple of Tilley lamps and hurricane lamps and would love an old canvas tent but I'm too old for ground dwelling now so stick to going away in my home built camper.
Loving the videos… kind of makes me wish I hadn’t got rid of some of my stuff from the 70’s and the 80’s. … but some of it was hard work, modern gear does makes things easier, more comfortable and Drier in my case😂
I remember when I was a kid, maybe 10-11 years old, my folks asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I asked for a tent and chose one from my Moms catalogue (Kays I think it was). It was a Campari Capri MK1 2 man ridge tent. I loved that tent and had it for many years and used it loads of times. I started camping in the back garden and then as I got older I started going further afield with friends. Your vintage gear videos bring back so many memories. Thanks buddy, I love these videos. That tent looks awesome btw. You can't beat the older gear
Dingo sure is growing into a beautiful and confident dog, gorgeous. This 64yo Aussie lady enjoys your videos immensely, love your cheeky humour and the vintage kit you use. Excellent. Love from Oz ♥️
That stove is an epic piece of kit! Never seen anything like it before - but absolutely love it 😍 big hugs to Dingo. Such a gorgeous pup......now go treat yourself to some anti murdery juicy juice 😂
i am here because i saw you with Kent Survival and I love your content. I am not going to be camping anytime soon as I am partially disabled but it is so interesting watching you cook, and have a good time while "roughing it"
I'm a cool weather camper. But I have camped in hot weather, so I can sympathize with you and the Dinger. It is always great to see you enjoying your camps.
Bacon sandwiches and beer by the fire, you’re living right 👍 Another beautiful Primus stove. With the brass and look it’s almost Victorian. Reminder of a time when there was pride in building something that will last almost forever rather than designed obsolescence to keep people buying replacements . My cat had her face pressed against the screen wanting to join in with you and Dingo playing 😂
Good vid. Those old Primus are as good as ever. Similar to our Coleman stoves. I use my original SVEA mountaineering stove from Sweden. Works like new. Have several Coleman's of different sizes and burners. Most run on white gas and unleaded gasoline which for motorcycling is really handy. My SVEA sounds like a Saturn 5 rocket taking off. Dingo and the deers, good protector.
The vintage camps are awesome. They remind me of the days when the world was a better place 🥰 I had to watch this twice as the first time i watched it yesterday was after parking up in my truck and after 5 mins i fell asleep 😂😂It was a long day 😂😂
That's a cool stove you have there, great overnighter it won't be to long you have to used the hot tent. the weather is changing over this way already. take care
Great camp. I had one of those stoves. As I recall the seal washers were leather. And I believe they are still available. I used to take mine on mendip hikes for brewing up. Loving the content. Good editing.. Thanks mate.
There is vintage and there is vintage. Vintage to me means canvas and wool and wood. I have had tents like the one you have there but I have retired them because they are no longer waterproof, whereas pre nylon canvas will keep going for longer.

I am a vintage human and I really enjoy your vintage camping experiences ❤
Plenty more to come 👍

It has more character for sure and if the gear could talk I wonder what stories it could tell .
and further more Marc, anyone concerned about carrying fuel or rucksack might be too heavy, should stick to hotels, much safer 🤣🤣 😉
Its Mark and Dingo show ...comes round quick . Love vintage gear like u so well made and got character ...u have to use a brain to use them . People were tougher in those days too . Keep it up Mark 💪🙏
Well said 👍 thank you 👌
Very lucky 1 man and his dog 😊

I only truck camp now. I'm 63. Backpacking ended when I got out of the Marines in 84. Weight means nothing. Love the old stuff.
Old stuff is great and bomb proof 👌
Love that Dingo is now part of the MDM adventure family!!
She is a great addition 👌
I love seeing Dingo. I had a long haired Collie, Mel, wish I still had him but he would have been over 25 now. Maybe get another when I get to retire.
I enjoy the vintage stuff . And I enjoyed seeing your sidekick he looks happy.
Thank you 🙏
proper old school type stove used them in the scouts in the 80s and 90s

Lovely dog, and nice videos of vintage stuff for camping.

Beautiful old stove and tent...I loved the old stuff but like the weight of the newer stuff. I would love to see more vintage camps. xo from Canada
Yeah the weight is an issue with the older gear but it will outlast the newer gear 👍
What a great looking retro stove, groovy tent, and fun fire pit. Love your retro camps, I myself am retro, so it's very nostalgic. 😊
Glad you enjoyed it 👍👍
