No! It's co-ed sports when a Local Sports League creates teams that are composed of both Men & Women. Like volleyball, cornhole, billiards or bowling. The more physically active sports will have restrictions how much 'effort' Men can exert, like spiking the volleyball. They're more fun & a reason to get out of the House & bring the kids then being no-holds bared competitive.
