How To Live In Harmony With Nature And Reduce Pollution
      1. Many Production Which We Do Not Need Actually For Human Beings Has To Be Stopped
We manufacture so many products and it is creating pollution. So if we minimise our products, pollution would be less.
We produce so many things which we do not need, like cold drinks, leather products, potato wafers, chips, fruit juices, chocolates, biscuits, pickles, ice creams, etc.
Cold drinks, fruit juices, pickles, ice creams, etc. Should be cooked at home only.
If we stopped producing this things which are not required for humans, so much pollution could be reduced.
If we colour the clothes pollution occurs. So if we don't colour our clothes, the pollution resulting from colouring the clothes can be stopped. Let everything remain in white natural colour.
      2. We Should Cook Foods In Its Natural Form
We can cook rice and wheat in our homes and eat it. Rice and Wheat is produced in farms. Then it is packed and transported to big warehouses, then wholesalers buy from them and supply to retail shops.
But if a manufacturing company makes bread from rice and wheat, then to make bread a manufacturing company has to be set up, machines and working staffs are needed. When a company is built many other things are also needed. Then at last a plastic pack is required to pack the breads.
So if we start cooking eatable things in its natural form then we do not need many companies like bread manufacturing company, tomato ketchup, noodles, fruit jam, pizza, burger, etc., the things required for the company and the plastic pack, paper box pack and glass bottles. If done like this, so many companies will not be required and hence less pollution for the world.
Also we could save our money like this. If you buy a packet of bread, it would cost you more money than if you cook wheat and rice in home.
Previously before industrial revolution, we didn't have technology, but our foods were rich with nutrients. Now we have technology, but technology is polluting our foods and our foods are not rich with nutrients, and because of that also we have health problems.
If this is done, then many jobs would be lost. For that many peoples should do farming and they should be given loans if they do not have enough money to start farming on their own.
Food, Medicines, Surgeries and Education's should be made free to the world till the world settles down with farming. After that food, medicines, surgeries and education's should be stopped free to the world.
Many people should study botany subject so that they have knowledge of plants and they should do farming.
Is their any another solution, that humans won't lose jobs and also pollution would decrease. Humans have to take this step certainly instead of going on polluting the earth, making wildlife extinct and also mass extinctions of humans in future.
      3. Electricity Pollution
We create electricity from many types of sources like coal, water, etc., but it creates pollution. If electricity created from windmill and solar energy then no pollution occurs in the creation process. But still to manufacture windmill and solar machines pollution would occur.
As I previously said that if we shut down many manufacturing companies which are producing things which are not needed for humans, then the world would not require so much electricity. If less electricity required, then less pollution generated.
      4. Could We Stop Drinking Cow's and Buffalo's Milk
Whatever vitamins and nutrients we get from milk, if we can get it from other eatable things, then we can stop drinking cow's and buffalo's milk. As milk has to be packed in glass bottles and plastic packs and then transported to places. All of this can be stopped.
For infants whose mother's have died or mother's who cannot breast feed their infants, only for them cow's and buffalo's milk should be given. We use milk in tea and coffee. Instead of milk we must use lime with tea and coffee or just plain tea and coffee. A lime should be cut into a few pieces and cooked with tea and coffee or something else can be used instead of lime.
      5. How Much Should Be The World's Population
Every place should have a single house. No buildings, everything ground floor. If we do this and the whole lands of our planet earth would be occupied one day with homes, farms, forests, schools, hospitals, etc., then we would come to know how much our planet earth can have maximum population.
Once the population is determined, then we have to maintain that population. For example if our earth can have a population of 10 billion peoples, then when the population reaches 10 billion, then everyone should have only one child till the population reaches 9 billion peoples. As if we have only one child then the population decreases. When population is 9 billion peoples, then everyone should have 2 children's till the population reaches 10 billion peoples. After that again we should have only one child. In this way population can be maintained.

My energy levels seem to escalate every day and I debated on whether to continue for another day but stopped. Lost 11 lbs, of course some water but I believe some fat. Keto level was 3.8 mole/l. The one drawback, I didn’t get sleepy and had to take melatonin the 2nd and 3rd night. Planning to do another fast in December.

Make sure you eat a feast of meats, vegetables and carbs till you're stuffed,
      .
Make sure your food has all of the crucial vitamins you need to live,
      .
Fast food or cheap food won't cut it and will make you horribly sick around the 12-16 hour mark,

stop the fast if u feel sick and go over what you ate and your vitamin deficiencies.

I'm down 8lbs since starting! Peed on a ketone strip around 34 hrs and its definitely getting into the zone. I have a stupid amount of energy right now I didn't expect this. Thank Thomas for your consistently great content and thanks for a lot of the great content below! I am completely fat adapted and have many +++ pounds to go. I am trying fasting full day every other day (30 hours), until I get my weight down. It was hard in the beginning but honestly, I'm never hungry (maybe a gurgle at 8 pm), and I know I can eat the following morning, so it is way easier then a Long-term fast (which I find hard to start and commit). Actually, the day I don't eat, I feel like a million bucks. At some point I will add a long-term fast (21-30 days). I've also noticed when I eat, my body gets hot, to the point that I could go outside in cold only shorts. Mornings, I wake up ready to go with no alarm clock and the days I eat, no desire for coffee! Isn't that weird! To me, having all the fat is actually a real opportunity to do some serious fasting cycles. Its not for the skinny people!
So question to any experts - If floppy skin is an issue, How low should we go on protein? I'm assuming the body can recycle, so if I don't have too much protein then my skin will be tighter right? Can excessive skin be minimized? Idea- How about red light therapy to force recycling of skin? or Maybe UVB light therapy or sun, a little damage, again to force the skin to be recycled, plus that extra vitamin D. I love hearing about this stuff. Some of you guys & gals are on the bleeding edge.

Recently tried out some 36 hour fasts and they're well worth the effort - I feel cognitive and energy benefits for a week!
I feel like it's a keystone habit to practice when you reasonably can, planning the day with least stress and social engagement.
It's hard because we have such a luxury of snacking 24/7 today and cravings / emotional de-stressing connections to food will indeed be challenged. The more psychological marketing gears food towards pleasure, the harder fasting gets. Yet, there is a pleasure in fasting too with all the benefits as well - it brings you closer to your own human nature.
There's no question we have an incredibly rich food culture today but perhaps also the greatest unhealthy obsessions with mindless snacking around the clock - the concept of meals within limited time frames is very much a hardwired fasting practice from the scarcity of hunter-gatherer consumption in evolution. I think our personal lifestyle and schedule can help determine what works best for our own situation of where the timeframe of eating can be shifted, so there's a ton of possibilities. Perhaps a more midday timeframe is ideal though, eating too late and disrupting sleep can have a ripple effect throughout the week so that might be the most risky time - a super late meal and yet needing to wake up early as well. By far it seems like the most reckless is snacking all day super early morning and late into the evening.
For me, fasting has revealed so much more of the emotional and stress connections I've been unaware of with food - especially when I tried a 5 day water fast, you examine a great deal about yourself and it's very much a detox and a spiritual level of introspection. Ideally though, 12-36 hour fasts intermittently each week seems much more sustainable and enjoyable. 5 days is more of a vacation that requires very solid planning and just isn't realistic for some but stuff like not eating until noon, etc will absolutely add up in benefits over time. Several of my friends lost considerable weight simply skipping that "most important meal of the day" which is still just a meal but with a al ot more marketing perhaps with an increase in unnatural wake times for school/work/etc. With kids, it makes more sense to eat breakfast - may not be suffering metabolic syndrome yet as many adults are now (especially today) but the food choices are crucial and difficult with so many unhealthy breakfasts especially geared towards kids almost like a conspiracy to promote diabetes and metabolic syndrome (but also the fact that they sell way more powerfully because sugar tastes and feels fun combined with flashy ad experiences). I believe the deregulation of child marketing especially occurred around the 1980s and this was a huge mistake... if anything, this marketing needs the most regulation being they are most psychologically vulnerable to this dietary programming for later in life, very much unaware of the subconscious influence. Absolutely significant in the spike of obesity today - it all begins with that early psychological upbringing but not to say that can't change later as well.

For the first time, I finished a 36-hour fast today and dropped from 63.5 kg to 62.3 kg (1.2kg down). After eating, I'm starting another 36-hour fast. Wish me luck. My target weight loss is 54kg.

Fasting is not about losing kilo's
It's about cleaning up the body
Less kilos are just a nice bonus
But those kilo's will come back very fast
I have been fasting for 6 years on a regular basis
But I do hard dry fasting 3 to 4 times more powerful
So you don't have to do so much time fasting

Great video! Very informative. I'm doing my first fast currently. I did the first 3 days juicing and water and I was going to stop there but I feel good and I know there's benefits to just a water fast. So today is my 4th day with no solid food and 1st day with just water. I'm probably going to eat tomorrow but I will definitely be going for 36 hours before eating. If you're watching this and wondering if you should fast I can tell you I'm so glad I did this. It has heavily reduced my inflammation. And it feels great to not walk around feeling like 10lbs of food is just sitting in my body and my gut. I'm not as bloated. I also have much more time on my hands. That's one thing I didn't think would change but the amount of time it takes to prep, cook, eat, and wash dishes all day is more than I realized. It gives me much more time to be productive!

I have been doing 16/8 intermittent fasting for almost 18 months. Now, I'm planning to incorporate 36-hour fasts every other Sunday initially, with the goal of eventually doing it every Sunday. I'm 36 years old, and my physique stands out in the community where I live. I have a low body fat percentage, ample muscle mass, fantastic skin, and thick, healthy hair. I consistently exercise and pay attention to my diet, but I attribute much of the change to my fasting routine.

I’m on 56hrs of my water fast. After I’ve finished 72hrs, I’ll move onto a smoothie fast for 96hrs. After that, I’ll do intermittent fasting to introduce solid foods again. Considering a Mediterranean diet or the biblical Book of Daniel diet. Give myself a break from meat, diary, egg, fish and alcohol. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I've been doing 16 hour fasting, 2 meals a day everyday. Then I introduced a 24 hour fasting 1 meal a day every week with 2 meals a day for the rest of the week. Thanks to you, I'm keen on a 36 hour fasting, followed by my 2 meals a day routine for the rest of the week and a 1 meal a day in between. Besides everything you stated which was awesome, autophagy also kicks in with prolonged fasting, so 36 hours of fasting makes complete sense, reinforced with the OMAD and 2 meals a day.
