Love how well you explained your process. I can’t wait to add your methods to my process!!!
This is great. Wish I’d seen it when i was starting out with gouache. There’s not much instruction out there for this medium so i had to work it out for myself. It’s a tricky medium but awesome too. Great channel.
Omg yes same i agree
your gouache drawings are the most realistic on UA-cam
Whoa can't believe my eyes!! This is amazing!! So realistic..
I could never get a handle on gouache because I try to glaze with it like watercolor. Never realized that you couldn't do that! Thanks for the lesson
SO AWESOME ❤
As always well done Mat!! As a fellow artist and instructor, I love watching your tutorials. :) Your realism is my favorite.
Finally a gouachelesson!! 😍 thanks for sharing! 🌸
Spectacular work mannnn 🤩you are just adorable !!!
My favorite candy of ALL TIME🤤
Im testing out gouache paints soon. The set I got is an Arteza 24 pack, and im way more experienced with colored pencils. However, I am interested in watercolor painting! This is a huge help
Wow😮😮😮👍👏👏👏💪sooo great
Thank you! I've been fairly successfull using gouache very sparingly over watercolor but I've been wanting to do a piece with just gouache. Think I'm going to paint some of this summers last vegetables from the garden.
This video is extremely eloquent and well-produced! Tfs :)
Amazing💯
Amazing 😍
Cool video. Interesting medium gouache. I am currently working on making my work more realistic, but in order to not have a too steep learning curve I concentrate on black and white media, mainly charcoal, also graphite and ink. Made some progress in shading and using different values. Have a lot of respect for people who can pull off realistic art in color.
Now I understand what goache is and what it does. Thank you, and the painting could fool me I'd pick up the m&m's
Wow
Amazing !
Great Video, due to the fact I loved M&M's (mostly the peanuts).😋
Thanks for your vidéos !
Acrylic colours can be used as a substitute for gouache?
Supper 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍
miss art school
great videos! do you other gouache lessons in your courses? Because i saw just an watercolor course...thanks
Reminds me of Marcello Barenghi's work who did hyperrealistic drawings of everyday objects.
Have you done anymore gouache tutorials?
Can you teach that how to make or select right colour for any painting eg.landscape etc
Amazing
🤩🤩🤩🤩
What is the different from goach and aqrylic paint?
Great. Now I want M & M’s! Great video!
Where did you buy your palette?
For a school project I had to make a watercolor painting of m&m's, but for the colors, we didn't have a white. We had to make it realistic w/out a white. The whole class failed
i like how he says "we use" "we start" "we make" as if multiple people are painting this and not just one guy lmao
🆒🎨
Please do not play music during instructlon as I am trying to concentrate on both... which is a natural reaction. Now my head hurts and I have no idea what you said. 🤦♀️
You are just freaky.
In a good way?
