There's another glitch that comes with the doctor. If you ask to see what's in the back room take out your throwing knife and kill right exactly after he knocks. After that you can walk out of the store and go back in and you can steal all the products in his the store and they will respawn when you walk back in. You can do this unlimited amount of times!

You forgot the great wagon designs can fench high prices just like the wagon using for transport in any location

I fell through the floor inside that cave and was teleported to the bent tree.
