- DIY Jeep Gladiator Trail Rail Cargo Management System
I didn't do the front of the bed because of another project that will interfere a bit. Could easily be done just following the idea for the side rails though.

Thanks bro!!! This was exactly what I was looking for!!!
Nicely done!
I've watched several videos of folks making they're own trail rail system and wondered , even commented why they did do exactly what you did !!! I was thinking of using actual t track cause i thought it would look clean and be aluminum but dont think the tonneau cover would work if i did . Well done !!! 👏
Thanks…didn’t realize I had nut plates in the bed in that area as my Gladiator also came with a spry in factory bed liner…
Exactly the guide I was looking for thanks!
having those specific parts was perfect. perfect setup and way less that that teraflex and mopar trail rails. thank you for this video. and the tips on cleaning out the spray in liner very helpfu. most of the videos for installing the more expensive trail rails never really go over that portion so again thanks ;)
Just trying my hand at making a video. Lots of videos out there covering this, Ijust tried to encapsulate some things I thought were missing into one. Glad it helped.
What is the name of the "L or C " type looking bracket to hook up the bed cover clamps? Been trying to find something like that as the bed cover doesn't clamp to the rail as is. The bracket is the one at 10:44 right of the Eye Bolt. Thanks!
My tonneau cover came with those. They don’t fit perfectly in my strut channel, but they angle and have enough leverage to stay put when clamped by the cover. I think I just used them vs putting all the pressure on “top” side of the strut. Not sure I really need to use. Haven’t looked into much since I set it up.
can you add links of parts used?
are the belts fine or course
According to the website for Menards (where I bought them)...they are COARSE.
