@fhockeyallstar Actually not true at all. I have my blender for the last 6 years. Use it everyday. It replaced an annual purchase of a nutribullet. My Ninja oven is used daily as well. Love their products for the quality of build.
my ninja thirsti is making a loud humming noise it keeps saying drain and I have drained and it is still making the noise. is there a way to restart the machine I have only had the system since November I love this system.
I really wish you guys would sell variety packs of the flavor pods, so you don’t always have to buy 1/3 of the same flavor at a time. Just an idea! ❤ I am thinking about buying it myself just not sure yet because of the price of the pods, wish they were a little cheaper!
So I got my ninja and I love it but the one flavor that happen to be my favorite one nothing comes out but water. I switch it to the other side. It’s still nothing comes out of a water I put a different flavoring where it was and it worked fine. Is there anything I can do with the flavor I don’t know what to call it cartridge to make it work. I don’t want to just poke a hole in it because then it might leak all over.
We're very sorry to hear your favorite flavor drop isn't working as intended, Wesley. To assist you with this, please go to spr.ly/6057PSA1z, and select "My Thirsti™ Drink System has no or low flavor".
@@NinjaKitchenUS Soda Stream makes Soda Stream Brand cola and a Pepsi brand cola syrups The mix ratio works out to 5:1 carbonated water to syrup. I have not tested this out with the Thirsty but have used the syrup with commercially bottled seltzer when my Soda Stream broke. Looking forward to getting a Thirsty.
I have the Soda Stream Aqua Fizz. And while I love it, its weak point is that nothing can be added for flavoring until after the water has been carbonated, which is done directly into the drinking container. It does this by injecting CO2 directly into the water through a nozzle that submerges into the water. Due to the design, no flavoring can be added until after carbonation because it may clog the nozzle. I like the fact that this system pre mixes the CO2 with the water before being dispensed into the drinking container, just like a soda machine at a restaurant. That way I can either use the Ninja Thirsti Flavored Water Drops OR just add my own in the drinking container before or after filling it with carbonated water. I like adding in fresh squeezed lime juice. And being able to use a normal glass with a large opening vs. the small Soda Stream bottle opening makes it that much easier to squeeze a lime into it. You are correct about the simplicity of the Soda Stream system. That's the beauty of that design in my opinion. And no electrical power is needed. However, this limits its ability of the flavor additions. After already owning (and loving) three Ninja products (Intelli-Sense food processor/blender, Foodi Deluxe pressure cooker/air fryer, and Food Smart XL Pro Air Oven), I feel confident that Ninja has thoughtfully incorporated the necessary R&D into this new appliance to make it a great product. My only wish is that Ninja would make the water carafe from glass vs. plastic. Or at least have those for sell as an optional addition to the system. And I wish they would let me be a tester for this new system.
We are always working to improve our units, and we truly appreciate your feedback, Georgia. @@Redridge07 it is more popular because it has been around over 100 years, easier to operate, more flavors and even generic label canisters exist for carbonation and flavors. Unsure if the popularity outweighs trying a new competitor.
@@AskMiko Not easier to operate, they have the same flavors available for both. The bottle to save the carbonated water is a plus. The Ninja design will have soda stream to copy the Thristi.
@@AskMikoYou can use generic co2 canisters with the ninja. Also you can add any syrup flavor to the carbonated water it makes…Carbonation consistency with the soda stream can be hit or miss. Also the bubbles the soda stream produces are much larger in size so it goes flat quicker.
Thank you!, Plain and simple and not a lot of talking!!
Greetings From Germany ;)
Quick question: Does the Ninja Thirsti is coming to Germany too?
Cos it sounds awesome.
Thank you for your interest in our Ninja Thristi Drink System! We're sorry, it is not available in Germany at this time.
Just got mine was shocked to see there was no option for exchange of empty canisters at the store
We're sorry to hear this isn't option in store. You can find out canister refills on our website here: spr.ly/6050RHCIM or on spr.ly/6053RHCIP
@@NinjaKitchenUS hope at some point you make this an option or people will just use your competitor tanks that they can get at the store on exchange
Soda stream is the same size cannister
When companies say you should only use “their” items, it’s a huge red flag and they don’t get my business.
Greetings from UK! Is the Ninja Thirsti available in the UK?
If not, when can we expect it to come?

I luv Ninja products and am getting this for Christmas ❤
We hope you love it! 🥰
How was it merry Christmas
Ninja products are such low quality and are way overpriced.

It would have been dope if the water reservoir was of thermal material. This way, the water can stay colder much longer
Is it possible to do unflavored soda?
Great question, yes, you can make unflavored water in the Ninja Thirsti to add your own flavors.
I’ve applied a number of times to be a tester but never get any acknowledgment of the submission
Hello Brad! We love to hear your interest in our products. We currently do not have any testing opportunities. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
@@NinjaKitchenUS can you confirm my name is on a list of upcoming opportunities?
Hi, Brad! If you've applied to the list to become a tester, your name would be there!
When can we expect a cola flavor?
Thank you for your question, Andrew! At this time, we do not have plans to make soda flavor drops.

Hard pass for me then
So its ninja taking on the soda stream.
Yes it is as Sodastream is an Israeli made company
Not any more they are now owned by Pepsi
You can clearly tell that this will be discontinued very soon

“Brewing”?
Little too many movements, for just a simple carbonation drink soda stream was much better
