In the 2-4-2 we often play the full width of the field, but it's also important to be able to play narrow and quick when the opportunity presents itself. Today we will discuss "Recycle", and how it is used. "Recycle" brings two zones of players together to play off 9, looking for fast ball.

How many phases do you allow to get into this shape? Are the numbers in each zone specific or can any number play in any zone? for example do you expect your 2 to make it all the way over with the 8 from an A zone starter play likewise 2 backrowers in the A zone so presuming its a C zone starter? .
