Did you get called out for those last shuttles? I saw another video where they mentioned you are not allowed to run a loop like that; i.e., you are supposed to briefly pause to "shuttle".

Yeah I feel that. I think we're at the point that active duty doesn't have as much to offer, since I finished school and we traveled.

so are the three exercises you did easier than running 1.5 miles and doing regular sit ups/push ups
Yeah I think so. The new sit ups are super easy, the shuttle wasn’t bad and the pushups are nice because you get 2 minutes instead of 1.
