    I had difficulty sleeping and it lead to severe migraines. Started drinking lemon balm green tea before bed and it changed my life . I will suggest it to anyone who’s having sleep issues.

    I paired lemon balm and rosemary in the same pot this year. They were both new plants and both have exploded. They like being together and now I know why. Your videos calm me and are so informative. Thank you.

    I would put 6-10 lemon balm leaves for a drink, being quite a subtle flavour, add mint leaves for a stronger flavour. Personal preferences of course.

    Super. Concerning free radical, there is a very common plant that is very powerfull : stinking nettle. I mix lemon balm with nettle (because it grows a lot in my garden).

Also, watched your presentation from corporate to nature. I would never say your age as you have mentioned. I thought you were about 30, if not less!

    Hello,. What a wonderful lady/person you are. I found you on UA-cam this evening. Made my day/evening. Started watching (1st video, was with the sauerkraut). Big green cabbage. It made me lol the size of it. Then you said it was from your garden wow!
    Interested in sauerkraut. As came to knowledge about its probiotic benefit. After watching,. And enjoying the way you was talking. The sound of your voice, mannerisms. Ora,. How serine n calm you come across.
    I found more videos. Once I watched your story. From city life to country.
    That was mind blowing. So interesting. Well done for finding your dream n perusing it.
    Will watch plenty more videos. As I have subscribed. I live in England.

    • @CleanFoodLiving
      @CleanFoodLiving  2 роки тому +2

      Assuming one is growing it themself and not spraying it with chemicals, there's no need to wash it before drying. Anytime once the leaves are green and full is ok to harvest. Spring to early summer I suppose would be most optimum since the leaves are at their richest.

    Stress makes you lose trace minerals and magnesium. Lemon balm has minerals too but my herb mineral book doesn’t have the specs for this one. The essential oil of this is so pricy for some reason.

      Lemon balm and mint belong to the same horticultural genus but are two distinct plants. You can easily identify them by crushing leaves and smelling the oils. Lemon balm can grow in sunnier locations than mint varieties..
