A tip for anyone that tries this map. You can kinda shift where the backrooms spawn by turning while falling at the start. And because the checkpoints are fixed that causes them to shift through walls, letting you for example take the finish without going into the last room. You can even see that it was shifted during Dappers last run.
The game should totally have a block to spawn Mr Zeepkiller. And the opposite; Zeephugger who's like a mobile finish that runs away from you, but with settings for his speed and the max up/down gradient he can traverse. Even better, one block with a lot of options. Speed, walk or fly, attract or repel to player, phase through walls, whether other players distract him, and what kind of block he counts as. So he could give you death, finish, checkpoint, first person, soap wheels…
Dapper, this may be the single best track you've ever made. I love how confused everyone are, because they haven't seen your video about the backrooms! ^^
I should start recording my perspective when these recording sessions happen. Out of the batch of four tracks, this was the only one that I finished, but I was happy to get the first time 😂

I'm just thinking the thought process went as followed. "Oh no I spent too much time trying to get into the backrooms to make a track with a really good cheese and some fake ones for the others to find. Oh, I'll use this for the map instead."
I was interested in this game from watching the vids of you, the crew, and the Devs, but this video sealed it. Next payday it's being added to the library.
Something about the look-behind behavior really makes my eyes struggle. I don't usually have issues with photo-sensitivity from flickering (unless it's REALLY bad) and I've not had problems watching footage from other games with that kind of camera swap. Wish I could be more specific than "it's really jarring" but hopefully the root cause is something that can be adjusted relatively easily.
The devs need to add an ability to the game to "make" your own backrooms. What I mean is they need to add an item to the game like the orb for the backrooms that when placed you can "Link" it to another custom or official level. then enter in the same way as the back rooms (or could make it so you can give it another trigger?) could be a fun map of having to go through and find the correct path of "maps" to win. or better yet. make it so when placed you can click on it and make a map directly inside. it could be limited to X by X. but imagine having the ability to go from map to map. while photo mode will only show the player the "main" map. Or just a teleportation object. that seems to me what I'm actually describing. even though having a map that would spawn client sided would be AMAZING. with many possibilities of like a choose your own adventure map but everyone stays in the general area on different maps. But teleportation would also open many doors.
Dapper my boy, what if you made a track that was cheese? There's a biiiig block of cheese with holes in it and you drive through the holes, those having tubes and paths inside.
Trolling Yannic with his own backrooms level is next tier. I love everything about this. :D

Yeah. You can turn right while falling go right into a checkpoint and be lines up
Yet again Dapper surprises Yannic with something he did not expect, and gives Yannic new ideas on things to add to the game - for better or worse.

Ask the dev to recreate the dying sound. See how close he can get in first try.
