My DC 72V solar water pump is stoping frequently yet we have more sunlight with also good voltage register on the controller what could be the problem or how can I reset it
I found the answer on 2 other youtube clips. You need to look up solar controller settings for default speed. Press and hold for 3 seconds. It'll display P0.0. Press enter. Use the up arrow to get to display 12. Press enter. You need to get back to P0.0 - press enter again if you're not there. [That's a general 'edit settings' sequence] Now use up arrow to get to P0.9. and press enter. This is the ',memorise max RPM' location. Use up or down arrows to get to the RPM you want. Press enter to lock it in, Press enter again if you're not on P0.9, so that you get to display p0.9. Press for 3 seconds, to return to the main display menu - which should show zero. It will have now memorised your new setting and will retain it after power off. It is sad so many sellers of these controllers have such awful instructions, and don;t tell you this information. I'd like to be able to have it turn off when it gets below 1100 RPM, but there's no option to do that. I'd also like to be able to edit the time till turn on again, after well low is triggered. We have 2 units - one restarts in 10 mins, one in 30 mins.
E8 - Current Sampling Failure - Disconnect solar power. Reconnect. Restart. E6 is not in this controller's manual, please contact the company you purchased the pump from, it is not one of our solar pumps.

How do you set the default rpm to a lower speed? Mine starts on max rpm each time it turns on.
Hi dear, i'm also looking for this answer. Did You find a way to set the RPM to a default lower speed?
Yeah me too, they have no memory so go back to default settings when the power is lost at night! It’s a bit silly.
Same with me
