I agree - I'd asked for that too. There's no point having the pump spinning in low light where the power is insufficient to lift water, but still ok to operate the pump.

once the setting is set, can we still reset the rpm speed?

@@FORCADOFAMILY The maximum speed can be set to whatever you want, and saved (eg 1400 rpm).
Later you can edit it if you do not forget the process!
