Also living here 66 years another place that has excellent wings and a outstanding menu of other buffalo favorites like pizza ,fish frys beef on weck also a great family atmosphere is Strikers bowling center in Orchard park New York is actually across from Duffs you won't be disappointed
Whenever I tell people to try Duff's, I always say to go to the Sheridan location. However, went to the Depew location the last time I was in town and they totally hit it out of the park. As for Anchor Bar? The only people from Buffalo that go to Anchor Bar are the people that work there.
I only creeped there for the review and both original places were better than expected! Duff's doesn't have a city location so Anchor Bar does well there. The Depew location had a low score - one of my out of town friends went a fee days ago the wings were small and the death sauce on wings looked like mild.
it's only 3 ingredients to make death, so it shouldn't change ever .. and anchor bar is not even comparable to duffs.. try death and char BBQ mixed .. only use a little bit of death, though
Don't change ANYTHING!! The franchises are not the same, and not as good. I have a franchise about 2 miles from my house, but still go to Amherst for my Duff's Wings.
Duffs and Anchor bar are for tourists and suburban families. True Buffalo pizzerias with the best wings and pizza were on every corner in Riverside. North Buffalo. West Side etc. No comparison.
When ppl say man the wings were huge I know right away stay away from that place. The best wings are appetizer size and crispy. I love Wings I make a Cherry Coke hot sauce that’s pretty dam tasty but my favorite kind of wings are just straight up Buffalo wings Franks Red Hot to the right amount of melted unsalted butter
Funny you say that. I'm originally from Buffalo but have been in Cleveland for many years now, and whenever I go back home, obviously, pizza and wings are on the agenda. I get them from many different places in Buffalo and I love them all, but when I'm home, I make my wings in an air fryer, and use Frank's Hot Wing sauce, a touch of Tabasco and a little bit of butter. Damn, they are right out of the air fryer, steaming and crispy and delicious - all for about half the cost or less. I LOVE Frank's sauces.
@@WINGCREEP I think your dead on . Anchor Bar is good but when you franchise I think quality goes downhill IMO. Have you tried Sal's on Omestead in Depew?
I love Duffs. I haven't been there in a few years. I'll have to go there again soon.

Thank you for the inspiration! I'll definitely visit this place when I get a chance! 😊

Duff's on Sheridan is better then Depew and OP. I think there's better places for wings.
Indeed. What do you think of Duff's placement into the power rankings?

Sal's has been on my list since I started but haven't made it there.. yet
@@WINGCREEP They do a breaded wing it's totally different from what we're used to.
Yep. Expecting somewhere between a Vinnys and a Wingnutz
i never go to Duffs always Elmos
Yea that Millersports stretch in Amherst now has Duff's Wingnutz and Elmo's
1st video I came across of yours and it will be the last because the list is illegitimate without Doc Sullivan"s on it
