The game actually SHOULD'VE end the game at either of those points. Takedown work the same as police; if the car is flipped, even for a minute, that car is disabled.

Astrа QuantumEMP I bought it for Ps2 many years ago, thought it was a waste of money. Bought it again thinking it must be different on Xbox 360. Different cars and slightly different in graphics, but it's still shit. I'd go as far as saying this is the worst NFS ever made.

The only thing of Undercover that bugged me was the arcade-ish handling. Otherwise, the graphics, the storyline, the cars and the return of Cop mode since HP2 were what kept me into the game. I bet that it'd have sold far better as an Asphalt game LOL

Prostreet the best since it has more realistic physics, it actually is legal and it actually reflects how real life races work. Like, you don't go 250+ in a public street hitting cars, even a street racing club had the 1st rule as: don't endanger civilians while racing. (The club is Mid Night which was a racing gang made in the 80s in Japan)

I just finished playing Need For Speed Undercover.
I've beaten both Need For Speed Most Wanted and Need For Speed Undercover and all I need is Need For Speed Carbon.
The new games remind me of these old games so much. Because ditching the breakable buildings you can use during pursuits and some of the customization elements was such a great idea......

Just completed this game.What a wasted potential because Undercover is really fun to play despite being the worst in the series as some say.I decided to give Undercover a shot to see if it's really that bad or not and i was expecting dissapointment but man i was so suprised because i found myself enjoying this game.Its not that bad and its not that good either because i learned halfway through my playthrough why is Undercover hated.Glitches,bad optimization,bad physics and handling,bad rendering etc.(At the beggining i found the handling managable but after i unlocked and purchased the pro parts it started to get ridiculous).If EA let BlackBox finish this game instead of rushing it and blaming them afterwards,Undercover would've been up there with MW,Carbon and UG2 as one of the best nfs games.

No matter what people say, Pro Street had the best car customization man. Look at that RX-7. Beauty... I only found that level of excitement in NFS (2015) and Heat. But Pro Street was very unique with two wheel muscle car racing, cars perfectly designed for each race type and you could basically join the events with a pack of cars so you were always good to go whereas in current games you still have to go car by car. That said, Pro Street boss cars looked cooler on Pro Street, as if those Xes on RX-7 were like stitches on the car.
This game now is giving me sad memories, and i don't wanna talk about them rn...😢
