    Question I have: For a beginner lifter with several issues, what technique flaws would you choose to correct first? Do some problems take precedence over others? Or does it really matter if you tell a lifter to finish their extension before you tell them knees back? I love this series of videos btw. Thank you!

    Hi max why I can do 30kg dumble muscle snatch with or arm, 50 kg for full snatch dumbell with one arm, but with the classic lift for 2 arm with barbell I can't do 50kg for 1 rep!? Thanks

    I find the knees back cue often has the effect of the athlete's hips rising too fast.

    Why I see more woman than man weightlifting ob UA-cam? In our sport club are only 20% woman 😂
