    This looks delicious! But it is not a smash burger.... a smash burger is when you put the ball of meat onto the skillet and “smash” it into the pan right when it goes in. If you smash it after you flip it, you’re just squeezing out the delicious juices that should’ve just stayed in the burger. Just wanted viewers to know that this is NOT a smash burger 😬

      I thought you’re never to smash a burger because then you releasing all of the juices.

      Lisa Essary exactly! So you smash it right when it goes into the pan, when it’s still completely raw, because then you’re just flattening it but not releasing and juices or fat yet

    Anyone know what the ingredients are? It looks like something is added before the onion powder. Quantities would be nice.
