    can you do a video on type 1 diabetes and muscle building

    Average carb intake for type 1 patients is 250 grams.. for a someone like me to bulking We need at least 3000 calories and 300 carbs.. but no one knows the ratio of insulin intake to carbs to adjust insulin intake in a day. And control the blood glucose level
    Eating more food causes the blood glucose level to rise. Eating less food does not help muscle growth. So a strict diet is the only option... But due to the problem of lack of knowledge on the subject, many youngsters do not know how to get their dream body.
    So you can explain. A diabetes friendly bulking diet and supplements like unflavored and low carb protein and supplements... to achieve our goal
    I don't know if 300g of carbs is enough for bulking.. but you can explain it.. eating 300g of carbs a day requires finding the equivalent of insulin dose to control blood glucose levels. Therefore the explanation of insulin uptake from carbohydrates is the only way to choose the amount of daily insulin uptake.

      Workout doesn't change for bulk or cut, if you're in caloric deficit you're on cut, if you're on caloric surplus you're bulking.. Eating more calories than you burn. Track your calories

    .. Improper workout planning(change atleast 6 month once)
