. .heavy meal before workout ..heavy cardio before workout(only after workout. ..too much caffeine workout (use only 1/2 scoop only) .. Long nap before workout( ... Train abs before workout( train abs separate day or cardio) .. Strecthing(dynamic stretching only) .. Smoking before workout .. Improper workout planning(change atleast 6 month once) ... Too much water.
