No has drink like in this world past 13-15 years..
Just started in teenage with beer end and gets per day with full bottle of whiskey. Recently 5months before stuck to Depak in office during in meeting. That day those who are scare to speak with me and got chance to degrade . That day I decide to quit those things..from next day I reduced to consume alcohol day by day. After one memory. I stopped everything. Stared cycling daily 1hr. After cycling joined GYM and concentrate in my health. Now 93.5 kg to 79kgs..once you start no has going to stop.. GYM gave and teach me lot .. really happiest man in this world . Woke up by 4:00am sleeping before 10:00 .

After stopped drinking including soft drinks I have calculated my empty bottles and soft drinks wastages around 23k..this is how I wasted and health once upon a time . 😢

Empty weight is weight after u pee in morning without drinking any water. If you later drank water and emptied ur bowels, measure weight before and after trip to toilet. It will be between around 200 - 500 grams.
Now you minus this excess 200 to 500 gms from your morning empty weight after pee.
Simple common sense bro.
If it is too confusing, then just calculate all empty stomach weight after wakeup and pee. Take average of these weights daily and write it down. Then you knw if you increasing or decreasing
