reps is the embodiment of being professional. i've said this before and i'll say it again... the apex competitive scene is super immature. feels like high school drama. maybe it's cuz the game's esports is still in its infancy. i've been watching CS esports for almost 8 years now and nothing like this goes down, publicly at least. these guys need PR teams.
In the mentally sense of wanting to win. They both wanted to win! Like he said, it was two different mentallys. Evan and Reps wanted to have fun while Hal wanted to win.
I think the amount of followers hal has plays a role in why hal grinds more than verhulst and reps. Of course anyone will milk the content apex content as much as they can when you got a ton of people watching you. Reps and verhulst do not have that kind of viewership. Why would they need to grind for 8 hours playing rank everyday with hal when they wont gain anything from it? If it was scrims that would be a different story but during scrims, they were always there. That is why I don't blame reps and verhulst for being "bronze players"
Hal is probably the most toxic pro player and it's pretty obvious. Here you can just tell by his body language he's just pulling whatever he can out of his ass to try and defend himself. Hal is a poor leader. A leader's job isn't only to make his team win, it's to inspire them to perform better. Hal blaming their poor performance just highlights his inability to lead.
You cant blame either of these guys hals passion for the game is unmatched and maybe Evan and Jordan just needed a breath of fresh air which is hal being gone
A lot of people forget that Evan doesn't nearly have the same history as Jordan does with Hal. Evan was the pick up after Snipe left for Halo. I also said Evan seemed to be slipping after their first win together, like he would always die first, get called out on a bad play and his only response was a soft, "Yeah, my bad." Now as all these receipts come out with performances makes a lot of sense. He just wasn't feeling the grind anymore but wouldn't admit it to the team.
The one thing Hal doesn't understand is the difference between "sunshine and Daisy's" vs having a good team environment. Its always pretty clear everything centered around Hal hence his nickname the CEO but with the wrong people it, it can really boil over. Evan just wasnt that person so overtime it probably grinded him down and he's not a confrontational person. I feel like Raven and Hal didn't really foster a good environment for people to speak up about personal issues like this thus Evan's ranting online instead of in person. Its tough, and probably not the right move but it goes both ways
@@kogzy4010 I did watch and Hal legit said Evan talked about how everything was all good or was clear about it. Meanwhile Evan's video Hal's talking about is him saying nonstop how much it sucked to play with Hal. If Evan is going to stream to talk shit and even to Reps, it's clear he's not good at confront Hal about it. Hal and Raven are strong abelists to a relatively toxic team environment so it seems pretty clear Evan wasn't comfortable confront Hal explicitly about it. He was probably wish washy about it at best or devalued his actual feelings to the team to cause less friction. I ain't saying what Evan did was good but Hal and Raven didn't help. Evan even said at the beginning Raven was a really good mediator at the beginning and reigning in Hal but overtime stopped. We all saw snippets of this happen to over the last few months in their scrims
Hal and Reps basically Fire and Ice. Hall will burn, fire up the the team to get better and Reps will cool it down to strengthen it. That's why it sad to see them split apart.
I have a buddy whos almost exactly like hal almost down to the T and sometimes it makes him a hard person to play with. He super competive and wants to win but cant take criticism without taking it as an insult. You arent always right and sometimes you have to aknowlege that. At the same time nobody is perfect and screw ups happen even to pros. Its all about finding someone to match your playstyle and aggressiveness while also playing it smart.

I mean you don’t go on a podcast and gossip bad things about your ex team and not expect backlash, also farming views by uploading a video on your channel talking more shit playing victim
If you watch Verhulst's latest stream, he said He purely joined TSM for the viewership. I didn't believe what I heard but when he said that I realised he was just doing it for views. He said something like "I only joined TSM because of the viewership".
The common denominator is they won, then they got complacent. Hal stays winning. If you want to lose and have a passive agressive "Nice" IGL, just join Sweet.
Hal talks a lot and he has the proof to back it up. However, it's not like you cannot win without shitting on your teammates all the time. Plenty of examples out there of great leaders, MVP players in many other competitive sports. Jordan was the GOAT but he wasn't the only one. Being inspirational and a true leader isn't always about sunshine and rainbows. You can be pushy, you can motivate your teammates and give them a great time without constantly harassing them. I really hope Hal is right on his money because if they get wrecked the next LAN that shit is gonna go back to haunt him.
Yeah because Kobe and LeBron are not toxic teammates and not difficult to play with at all right? Tom Brady was also very nice to you and said "no worries bro you will catch it next time" after you fumbled a 50 yard pass, right? Christiano Ronaldo is also known to be very nice in the locker room. You dont see a pattern? All of them are grinding and toxic. 2 things Verhulst and Reps are not. They both dont grind enough and you expect Hal to be nice? If anything TSM needs to win or people will say they fell off and can't do it without Hal. One has a new team and the other 2 need to prove they dont need Hal.
they didnt like his competitive nature. his competitive side is why he is as good as he is... hal is playing to be the best, ver is playing for a cheque
Verhaulst needs to be more worried about winning with his new roster idk if they win anything without Hal sad but true he will always be the guy that "got carried by hal"
Apparently verhulst's previous team was doing better than tsm around the time verhulst was recruited into tsm. Verhulst even said he joined for financial purposes not to be in a winning team so this is not entirely true.
These guys live together, why can’t they have a conversion in person instead of communicating via twitch clips. How are they being so immature. I hope this is planned drama for content lmao. Otherwise this is just sad
his teamates get tired of Hal because Hal’s main focus is to win and he will tell you when you did a shit job and not sugar coat it! they dont have the same passion, dont put in the same insane ammount of hours playing the game and they dont listen or do a lot of things Hal tells them as he IGLs, i’ve even thought that for a good ammount of pro games and then this comes up and i think i was right. if a viewer realises this and feels bad for the IGL i cant even imagine how frustrated he feels and how much we wants to rage or be angry, especially when we are talking about professional games where a lot of money is the prize.
Hal could win every tournaments, that would still make it a pyrrhic victory. I mean dude's lost Mac and now Evan. Everybody wants to win, but not everybody is ok to be yelled at. If you lose 2 teammates in the exact same way, what makes you think you are not part of the problem? You being competitive is a thing, but at what cost...
@Saltytomatoe And said those critical conversations had happened as a team, before the LAN. He has been telling them he didn't want IGL if they ignore his calls and when he would call them out they got their feelings hurt. I don't see how that is a knee jerk reaction but rather a trend over time and Hal finally found a team with a mindset that's a better fit for him.
The funniest part is aren't they still living together lmao ngl it still shows that they have respect for each other as players just they have their gripes
Nah not together anymore. Still near each other cause they went to the gym. Hal said so like 2/3rds of the way in I'm to lazy to find the time stamp forgive me.

I hope this is just a miscommunication but their personalities were bound to clash. But to go as far as saying Evan is doing this for views is a bit strange. Nice juicy drama for the scene tho.
''go as far''... Hal literally said that everything Evan said was already spoken about as a team. Why is there any other reason to bring it up? Hal didn't say anything wrong, he just agreed with Raven. Evan should've known better coming into the prestigious TSM after Mac and Snipe and especially should've talked to Raven once he joined if he had a problem with Hal's criticism.
i mean id be pretty upset too if we get a coach and he starts acting to much like a want to be boss with your igl. its such wierd behavious and i didnt tihnk much about it but the way Revan responds hes got a big ego like he wants all control.
I've lost a ton of respect for Verhulst. He started the drama and just keeps escalating it. Maybe for views, maybe to vent. Either way, it's EXTREMELY immature. Like Hal said, he was cool to join the top streamer and two time ALGS champ for money, but when it got hard he just got lazy and expected Hal to be ok with it? Nah. I wanted the best for Evan. But fuck him now. Hope TSM comes last in ALGS and Jordan gets another teammate.
Evan joined TSM knowing how Hal was before joining TSM snipe is 54 years old and understands Hal’s passion he rages and since snipe that died down so much but randomly coming out talking shit soon after he leaves is unprofessional and toxic
Hal click spamming is giving "this is gonna be a hard talk" vibes. Equivalent to leg shaking when anxious. Wish this wasn't happening to the homeboys:(
I can relate. I IGL my three stack almost every day trying to get into masters and my team simply don’t take the game as seriously as I do. Which leads to me bitching at them. Yet they still come back to me wanting to be helped. People need to be honest about their passion for competition or don’t play ranked.
Yeah, its tough playing at the highest or nearly highest level in a game with other people who don't have as much of a passion for it. Its where im starting to feel at in Rocket League.
They get tired of hal because no one wants to play with someone that is mostly negative and rages like a child . Its not his will to win its mostly due to the fact that there is a high chance he raged at games growing up and no one corrected that behavior .
At the end, You will all see, everyone up their level was just a blatant cheater. I will not be surprised, after what happened in Apex Legends in 2023 March. For those who does not remember, more then half of the great, big streamers was banned for hacking.

@@godpleasegimmehottomboygf Wow we got mr softie over here
exactly . People whining about Hal are 12 years old. Deep inside Hal is very good person, very pasionate. And i know he is true friend. This is not type of guy like Dezign.
@@Valarizator Bunch of soft people jumped on the hate train years ago because it was 'cool' to hate him and be apart of the bigger group. If you use logic they will downvote and disagree with every point you make just because it's Hal.
He has always been a great guy and has matured much over the past 2 years yet they'll keep treating him like he's trash talking every single match when they die. It's not even trash talk, it's passion spilling over at the highest moment in the game. Bunch of nobody's get mad at Hal yet complain about their silver teammates and call them horrible with their mic muted.
you should know how hal feel as an IGL and when they are playing poorly he is the IGL , the burden is on him guys and other reason hal always playing to win and try so fckin hard to grinding, but have a teammate who not try as hard as hal and just want enjoy the game , its hard bro, maybe it will be different if hal not the IGL, he will be more calm like he is now with zero
reps is the embodiment of being professional. i've said this before and i'll say it again... the apex competitive scene is super immature. feels like high school drama. maybe it's cuz the game's esports is still in its infancy. i've been watching CS esports for almost 8 years now and nothing like this goes down, publicly at least. these guys need PR teams.
Don't overlook the condescending BS he had to go through
Hal took his hat on and off about 400 times.
Hal’s chat was just riling him up more lol.
13:10 and it's crazy how big the gap between them and the rest is in terms of mindset
can we get a hal takes of hat and puts it back on for no reason counter
Did this man just compare himself to Michael Jordan 😂
Totally agree.
take a shot every time he touches his cap
blacked out 3 minutes in
1 game of hospital
bro basically said "i don't know what else i have to win to get you to understand me" CEO shit fr
Is Raven the Doc Rivers of Apex?
Truth is best igls in the game shit on their teamates...so...
Hals hat "You are a victim"
You cant blame either of these guys hals passion for the game is unmatched and maybe Evan and Jordan just needed a breath of fresh air which is hal being gone
funny to hear Verlhurst basically blame Hal for him and reps being lazy
Bro joined the Man City of apex
I think they're roleplaying as kendrick and drake tbh
Just dont verbal abuse ppl for not doing what you want them to do. Leadership dont belittle or tear ppl down !
He just wasn't feeling the grind anymore but wouldn't admit it to the team.
holy hell can we be done with this already lmfao
The one thing Hal doesn't understand is the difference between "sunshine and Daisy's" vs having a good team environment. Its always pretty clear everything centered around Hal hence his nickname the CEO but with the wrong people it, it can really boil over. Evan just wasnt that person so overtime it probably grinded him down and he's not a confrontational person. I feel like Raven and Hal didn't really foster a good environment for people to speak up about personal issues like this thus Evan's ranting online instead of in person. Its tough, and probably not the right move but it goes both ways
raven had hal cock from the mouth to the asshole. the guy was not for the team and always took hal side
I dont think you even watched the video because they said they talked about it in person before this while they were still in the team together
That's why it sad to see them split apart.
hal needs pacifier to keep his tears from pouring out
He is a kid. thats all!
You picked him - teach him, encourage him. You gave him an algs championship and that kid talks his mouth.
Been saying this shit the whole time. Mfs tried to tell me I was wrong. Mfs are waaaayyyyyy too soft. They will be fearful of real life. I feel sorry for them
Can someone resume to me? I m sorry ahha
Watch out, nerd fight 😂😂😂

Evan need to grow up but hal lead like we do on the football field if you cant handle it move around
facts, its a rough sport
Get Hal’s nuts out ur mouth
They are there to win not have fun. I am with Hal. 😊
Bro Hal can always talk shit but not take shit Evan is speaking how he felt on the team he never said Hal sucks he just said it sucked playing with him and let's not act like we didn't know they really didn't like each other and Hal said Evan is cringe for farming views with this statement and that's cringe that he thinks that fk Hal can't take shit but always talks shit narcissist at it's finest 👏🏽👏🏽
I mean you don’t go on a podcast and gossip bad things about your ex team and not expect backlash, also farming views by uploading a video on your channel talking more shit playing victim
Have you never learnt how to use proper grammar? commas, are pretty useful.
I am bronze what he say fuck me for ?
I don’t think verhulst is doing it for views. He doesn’t strike me as that type of guy. But I guess we don’t know them personally
If you watch Verhulst's latest stream, he said He purely joined TSM for the viewership. I didn't believe what I heard but when he said that I realised he was just doing it for views. He said something like "I only joined TSM because of the viewership".
"I'm just looking at my first teammate and him and Evan began to act similar"
Hmmmmm I wonder what the common denominator is then
The common denominator is they won, then they got complacent. Hal stays winning. If you want to lose and have a passive agressive "Nice" IGL, just join Sweet.
And look where alb ended up. Look at how Tsm is doing. Hal is a winner and made Evan and alb winners
HAL SPITTIN
One has a new team and the other 2 need to prove they dont need Hal.
they didnt like his competitive nature. his competitive side is why he is as good as he is... hal is playing to be the best, ver is playing for a cheque
bro evan can knock hal in one punch ezpz but they are friends
Verhaulst needs to be more worried about winning with his new roster idk if they win anything without Hal sad but true he will always be the guy that "got carried by hal"
Apparently verhulst's previous team was doing better than tsm around the time verhulst was recruited into tsm. Verhulst even said he joined for financial purposes not to be in a winning team so this is not entirely true.
@@andycortez9316 sure thing bud lets just watch apex and see how it goes for both teams :D
These guys live together, why can’t they have a conversion in person instead of communicating via twitch clips. How are they being so immature. I hope this is planned drama for content lmao. Otherwise this is just sad
They did. Evan just wanted to leak.
11:08 11:30
his teamates get tired of Hal because Hal’s main focus is to win and he will tell you when you did a shit job and not sugar coat it! they dont have the same passion, dont put in the same insane ammount of hours playing the game and they dont listen or do a lot of things Hal tells them as he IGLs, i’ve even thought that for a good ammount of pro games and then this comes up and i think i was right. if a viewer realises this and feels bad for the IGL i cant even imagine how frustrated he feels and how much we wants to rage or be angry, especially when we are talking about professional games where a lot of money is the prize.
not gonna lie he went bipolar asf😂😂
haven't seen the original Evan brouhaha because people still riding Hal's nuts even youtube
Hal basically admitting he left because they lost at lan :P
That's not what he said at all.
@TheSaraphic the first thing he complains about is them not listening to him... what are you talking about 🤡
@Saltytomatoe And said those critical conversations had happened as a team, before the LAN. He has been telling them he didn't want IGL if they ignore his calls and when he would call them out they got their feelings hurt. I don't see how that is a knee jerk reaction but rather a trend over time and Hal finally found a team with a mindset that's a better fit for him.
What Even said wasn’t even that serious
The funniest part is aren't they still living together lmao ngl it still shows that they have respect for each other as players just they have their gripes
Nah not together anymore. Still near each other cause they went to the gym. Hal said so like 2/3rds of the way in I'm to lazy to find the time stamp forgive me.
felt like we saw a different side of Evan, like his true intentions.
Evan had good points tho
Evan is a rat
@@kushysmoke3690 all i heard was "i have no passion" , "i dont wanna take my job as seriously" , and "im just here for the money, i actually hated hal the whole time" .Coming from the "nicest apex player" was a bit surprising. Just for him to realize that a 9-5 is shit and no other game is worth going to so i actually need to take my job seriously. i get it though, it probably is easier to do that when your not playing with someone you dont want to be playing with. i dont understand why he literally stopped playing even by himself though other than i have depression and a girlfriend keeping me busy.
@@fizz_time7003 yeah I feel that
@@fizz_time7003 Evans crashing out because of Lan, team disbanding that will make it much less likely for Evan to win good prize money again, and a whole lotta resentment built up over the years. He's young and doesn't know how to act with all these emotions.
"When I was verbally abusive to my first teammate, he resented me. Then, I was verbally abusive to my new teammate, and he started to resent me."
Funny thing is verhulst lives with hal🤣
Hal doesnt understand that even the small things he says comes across as very abrasive and Evan seems like a guy who can only take so much. I hope this is just a miscommunication but their personalities were bound to clash. But to go as far as saying Evan is doing this for views is a bit strange. Nice juicy drama for the scene tho.
Evans soft
Evan joined TSM knowing how Hal was before joining TSM snipe is 54 years old and understands Hal’s passion he rages and since snipe that died down so much but randomly coming out talking shit soon after he leaves is unprofessional and toxic
no way snipe catching strays in the comments 54 y.o is disrespectful 😂
Dudes a Narc 🎉
Hal click spamming is giving "this is gonna be a hard talk" vibes. Equivalent to leg shaking when anxious. Wish this wasn't happening to the homeboys:(
He clicks when he is frustrated, not anxious.
I can relate. I IGL my three stack almost every day trying to get into masters and my team simply don’t take the game as seriously as I do. Which leads to me bitching at them. Yet they still come back to me wanting to be helped. People need to be honest about their passion for competition or don’t play ranked.
You ain't hal bro
Yeah, its tough playing at the highest or nearly highest level in a game with other people who don't have as much of a passion for it. Its where im starting to feel at in Rocket League.
Calm down you ain’t a pro😂😂😂
You dont rlly need to IGL in ranked just to hit masters. If you all can aim and play slow you literally win
Bro said he made the move for the money. Just seems like he’s starting shit.
Damn this pro players are worse then the reality show celebrities
Don't think Evan did it for the view though
Really? So he met Hal the same day and there was no problem. Now that Evan is putting out more content with better thumbnails, he felt he needed to say something....You dont see a pattern?

It will show some resolve as a content creator / teammate / person.

Verhulst is the Shaq to Hal being Kobe. Shaq didn’t want to work hard or accept hard criticism to be even better
“..Mac started to resent me, and it’s the same thing with Evan!
…And I knew it was happening, because it happens every time.”
It happens every time.
I enjoy watching Hal play Apex. His rage mode is entertaining and in the beginning he was a big reason why I rooted for TSM.
But ffs does he not see a pattern here?? Mac, Snipedown, and now he left because Verhulst and Reps weren’t preforming on crack-level god mode??
Did he ever think for a second to think that, “Oh, maybe it’s me. Maybe if I stop screaming like a 5 year old kid who didn’t get the present he wanted on Christmas and calling my teammates a DUMB IDIOT(!!) ever chance I get in front of thousands of people watching live, maybe we’ll preform better as a team!
I can go on and on but..I’m glad Jordan and Evan grew up. And I’m 100% on Big E and M&K’s side. And good on Hal for finding a team that would tolerate him. I see this as Evan and Jordan taking one step forward, while the self-proclaimed CEO has taken two steps back.
Hal is the most successful apex player ever. If anything, it tells him hes doing things right. Every team goes through a bunch of roster changes.
@@TrkJustin I agree with that,he’s definitely up there. He was fortunate that he had Reps with him by his side for the majority of his career. I believe Reps was
A big reason why Hal and TSM did so well. He was the glue that kept it together and understood that Hal did not have the mental capacity to change.
We’ll have to see how Zero’s new team will play out. I think Genburtens going to be next🏃♂️💨 .
stop the crap Hal !
