your main issue is with temps man, that i7s should not be anywhere near the 80°... its low power cpu, you probably need to replace termal compound or re-sit the cooler at least.
How do you guys dont stutter, my pc is fine on every other games, i have a ryzen 3 3300g, a grx 1660 super and 16gb of ram and for some reason, im the only one in the world that gets stutters

game is not optimized at all. so not much we can do. the thing i did was, in settings menu, i cranked up some settings that affect GPU more than CPU.(ex GPU-Major/High).
@@Taqz839 2060S is a power full card. lower end Vga cards and processors are suffering. even with low settings, heck in the menu it consumes max Vram. that's not normal. and low settings look like garbage. medium is the minimum setting that someone should play this game.and when you choose medium You will loose fps. so in my opinion it not optimized. optimized game ex- forza horizon 5

I thought it will be worse, makes me feel good to know that I'm still able to play on high.

nah. I tried those things. I need a better cooler. and in here room temp is like 30 -35c. nothing i can do about that.

no. shader compile happens in the menu. just a unoptimized ps port.😓

2600 could do better. Where 4790 did 40, You could get 50+ if vga can keep up.
