I'm so glad I found your channel. I was torn on what to buy brush/fine or brush/chisel tip. I've decided to get the brush/fine because of this review. 👍
I was super impressed with them! I really like having the brush and fine tip together, the colors are great, they blend perfectly and you can't beat the price!
They blend like watercolors. I like your recommendation for hefty doodle paper. Thanks for talking about and showing how to use both tips and the color cards. How professional looking.
Great video for those of us who have not ever colored with alcohol markers before. This was a good tutorial on also how to color as well as what you thought of the markers. I was really happy with this video and I really needed to see this video. The only thing that I have not liked about the set of markers is that they’re all loose in the bag and they just flop around all over so I wonder if there is a marker plastic set that you could put inside the bag to keep them all in order and standing up, or lay them on their side as they should be stored.
This was the video I was telling you about!! I had a feeling you would love these! I'd probably only put them in the case if I was going somewhere with them. I plan to put them in my marker storage on my desk.
I LOVE to color. I used to watch a really great colorist and I learned so much. I love to do grayscale too. She sold the paper for alcohol markers too. I bought a special printer that can handle some pretty heavy paper.
Beautiful cards! I have a small set of these markers and I've been amazed by the quality. Shockingly, none of them have run out of ink even though I use them frequently, even to color backgrounds. Have been meaning to get more, especially the skin color and pastel sets, they've been on my wish list for awhile! ❤️
Your colouring is amazing, I just bought this markers, can’t wait to try the markers, I will be looking at your video again and again to guide me for sure, thank you!
I checked out Ohuhu's site and found that they sold out of the fine tips. I'd LOVE to win the 120 chisel and brush tip markers from you. I just can't seem to get blending done correctly with the markers I have and can't seem to bring myself to purchasing Copic markers as they are very expensive.
Oh no! I added a link to the same fine / brush tip to Amazon. Alcohol marker coloring is not easy but these made it as easy as I've experienced so far!!
Great video and beautiful cards! I love the Ohuhu markers. I have the full 320 brush set which includes the pastels and skin tones. I color a lot of small stamp images and I agree with you, it's easier with the fine-tip end. The ones with the brush/fine tip (I have 216 of those) are the best!
Beginner? No way 🙃 The pens look great & I love your makes, really cute. Thanks so much for sharing & reminding me that I can do colouring ... sort of 😆😍💕
Thank you for demonstrating how to use alcohol markers. Have been afraid to try as I didn’t understand how to do blending with them. The cards are beautiful. Someone will be getting an early Christmas present.
Been looking and looking and looking for a move tip to color like the brush tip and s substantial size writing tip! I’ve seen all over Amazon! I cannot wait to see what you think of these, and if you really do like them and how much compared to the other markers you have
I’m so glad I found this video. I don’t use the chisel tip for coloring so was extremely glad to find the brush/fine tip markers at a reasonable price.
I have been looking at Ohuhu markets on their site and I'm so glad I found your product review video. I appreciate the information you shared and your cards were great! I definitely want/ need these markers for my coloring and especially for my card making. Thank you so much for sharing!
Just beautiful cards this time and wonderful coloring. I I am just gonna have to try to save up my money to get this set of markers I think because I’m really impressed with what I saw. They looked nice and wet. They didn’t look dry. They didn’t look like they dried out or that they dragged or that you know anything like that so I really needed to see a good video with some alcohol markers because I’ve been shying away from them thinking maybe I’ll just use my prisma color pencils and some gamma sol and just call it a day or just use regular markers because I just have not found what I’ve been looking for in alcohol markers, and the cheaper brands or the offbrand Are just you know they scare you that they aren’t going to be as good so I’m really impressed with this video
I was very impressed with this set. I love having the fine and brush tip together. A total game changer and I'll be using them a lot more in future videos.
Thanks for this very helpful video! I’ve seen those markers before and loved seeing them being used. We all have products in our collections that we never use so to see it in a video is so helpful.
Hi! I actually have 2 smaller sets of these markers. One is actually called skin tones! I bought it specifically for coloring critters actually b/c it has so many brown shades. I have the pastel set also. I love them! There is also a really good set called Pastels. I love them!
@@bettyprickett1003 As a beginner myself, I highly recommend these! I found them easy to blend and the combination of the brush and fine tip gave me lots of control too!
The first set I purchased was the Ohuhu pastels; I was a novice and didn’t realize that one end would be a chisel tip, which as you mentioned isn’t very practical for card making. I then purchased a smaller set with more primary colors. The brush/fine point sets are the Honolulu series. My wishlist would be to have the full set with the brush/fine. Maybe Santa will bring them 🎅🏻
The first set of alcohol markers from Ohuhu and I love them! I've tried other bargain brands and they are the best! I dont have the brush tips! Mine are nib/chisel so I've had to get used to the chisel but man I would LOVE to have a set of brush tips!❤️🙏
Thanks so much for the info, I have always wanted to try alcohol markers but they are so expensive. We just lost our home in hurricane Ian in Florida and so my markers will just have to wait. Thanks again Rebecca!
Thanks for a review of these markers and all of the tips on using them. I like the cards you created. I also liked playing with Colorforms as a kid. thanks for the chance to win.
Thank you for this. But my question is are there lots of light shade colors? I have bought some but it seems they are dark and hard to shade with a light color. I love your videos 🎉thank you

They told me in January 2019 that they were going to have their 320 set with a brush tip in Nov 2022, so I waited because I dislike the chisel tip on anything and they told me there wasn’t separate sets that would equal the 320 set….Soo I waited and waited and finally they released!!! But to my disappointment they’re brush and chisel not brush and fine like I wanted. So now I’m waiting to hear if they’re planning a fine/brush 320 set, but I’m thinking I’m gonna just buy them and suffer lol
