Mark, great video! In the beginning, you were moving some black, dirt or coal like substance, what was that? It´s amazing how you keep your equipment in such top form, not even a speck of dust! The was the Copex cut that at the end, it was like it was cutting through foam. Amazing, the power... opps rambling on there some. As far as the old equipment, it goes to show, take care of your gear and it will last so much longer. Thanks for the video, totally enjoyed it!
Hi Paula, the black stuff is tarmac thats been planed or ground off the road, it's called road planings and is used instead of crushed stone, we always have some on stock.
Mark [mr Huddersfield], thank you for the video. Have a good weekend, greetings from the Netherlands 😊 Great to see a video from your wel maintained company.👌
0:20 Always funny with digital video, when you get the framerate to match up with something and it looks like the tire isn't even turning, just gliding along the ground.
Always a pleasure to see the Foden about, proper working vintage! Question about your massive stockpile of broken cast iron - What do you plan to do with it all? Must've been keeping it for a long time?
I load the steel out every day, all grades, sa soon as there is a load for one of our wagons or a 44 tonner for Liverpool it's gone. I have one at 7.00am tomorrow (saturday) to load for Liverpool. Some material is only in the yard for a couple of hours.

Someone observed that the videos would be better filmed from outside of the cab, avoiding the safety screen that spoils the view. Unfortunately, seeing as I use my phone and my phone is a 1TB IPhone costing around £1400 that I actually bought rather than have through a price plan, I don’t intend hanging it on the outside with the cab 15 foot high over concrete. Also, I need to be able to use my phone when I’m operating the Sennebogen so it obviously needs to be on the inside with me
Another excellent video! My favorite is watching the crusher and sheer do their work!
*That old Foden is a thing of beauty. I had a Matchbox version when I was a kid.*
Yeah, I’ve still got mine in the loft 😂

What is the year and make of your cable crane used for breaking cast? I noticed it's a wheeled unit not tracks. Nice video, keep em coning! 👍👍
Not sure, it was bought reconditioned around 1998
Try showing some compound Girders for shearing cheers Mark .👍👍👍👍
Don't see many but we filmed it doing reinforced overhead crane track with the rail attached last year, it's probably on here, big yellow girders.

We add to it and sell from it on a regular basis, daily with the brake discs.

Mark i really like your videos. However i think the view will be better when you put the camera in the outside of the crane.

You guys got to clean and scrap yard at I've ever seen. Just as it's a scrap yard it doesn't have to look like a dump. 👍👍🇨🇦🙂🧲
