Cool. Wow. They all took little stutter steps in unison on Shock Me. (slow golf clap)
Ace Frehley is a legend and influenced almost every guitar player on the planet. Most of these ultra-fast shredding guitarists are finger snap famous. You know, when you snap your fingers over and over saying "What was that guy's name who plays the fast riffs ?".
Play Rocket Ride at 1.25x speed and it's a lot better.
Ace at 72 what does every one want?
Maybe someone who looks and sounds like they've played guitar before.
If the tempo gets any slower on Rocket Ride, it will be a ballad. Drummer always slows down the chorus even more! It doesn't sound like the same song any more

@@Mr.BrakeYourLegs it was longer than two minutes so I didn’t watch it. But the sentiment of it really being a joint album between Ace and Steve Brown is totally correct. Ace has always been lazy. A lot of the guitar on the Origins albums was by the guests too but people didn’t seem to notice at the time. I did because I am THE FONZ.

First of all, this is live music in a relatively small venue. Secondly, this is an audience recording on a potato.
The songs are accurately and competently performed for a room full of devoted fans who are enjoying themselves.

Ace was a sloppy player in 1973.....worse in 1993.....horrific in 2024.
