Don’t go for soap..try cipla DS face wash or Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser..because the surfactants matter

I have been using adapalene+benzoyl peroxide gel, and I use cetaphil face wash which has glycol, sulphate and paraben, and I have very sensitive skin, so is this an okay combination? Because I have recently read that I should not pair adapalene+glycol and benzoyl peroxide+adapalene.

Can it use for 17 years salicylic acid
On a clean face apply either salicylic acid or niacinamide serum and top it off with a good moisturizer.
And yes, you can use salicylic acid at 17 if you're suffering from blackheads/whiteheads. Just make sure to do a patch test first.

I've always asked this Question and dermatologist and other skin care freaks have always said the same thing that do not overuse it in the commencement. First apply it twice or thrice a week then after 2-3 weeks, increase the amount of usage if it is gentle on your skin...

She never forces anyone to buy anything instead of using vitamin A she gave alternative also salicylic acid facewash and niacinamide serum that's what worked for me so well ...and I'm happy with my skin from last 1 year ❤️

For your tiny bumps use minimalist salicylic acid serum on them at night…also use suncros ( zinc oxide sunscreen, not the tinted one ) ..avoid sun during mid day…you can use minimalist phyto ceramide moisturizer or minimalist moisturizer , they both are non comedogenic, .. Use it at night only. after applying moisturizer. First do your skincare thn spread the adaplene gel evenly on targeted areas... And do apply sunscreen next day..
TIP: It will dry out your skin .... You can face skin peeling too.. it'll continue till your skin becomes problem free.. so DO APPLY A THICK LAYER OF BOROLENE ONCE A DAY.

How to make my routine for 7 days if I want to include these in my routine;
1. Retinoid (deconstruct one with peptide)
2. Corx bha liquid
3. Deconstruct aha+bha exfoliating serum
Exfoliating ...First start with Every 15 days...
Or you can do it before night of attending Any Function or events....You will have that glow.
Retinoid and BHA i.e. Salicylic acid are sun sensitive.....So never Apply them in day time.
Only after Sun setting...You can use...Your Corsx BHA 3 to 5 days a Days...or Even Throughout the Week...if it Doesnot irritate your skin.
At the Time of Sleeping .....You can use th retinoid one.
But never layer BHA AND Retinoid 🥺.
And
Plz do not apply The AHA BHA EXFOLIANT during Day....
On the days you apply AHA BHA.....skip your BHA CORSX serum..and RETINOID as well.
Seee.......Only apply testing on yourself you can find out that...What routine will suit you. 🙏

Do not recommend tretinoin without a medical degree and people please do not use these without consulting a dermatologist.
Vitamin A derivatives like tretinoin and isotretinoin are highly potent and are used only in conditions like cystic acne. It’s use is prohibited in pregnancy and in women planning pregnancies ( stopped at least 4-6 months prior) owing to possible tetratogenic effects.
It’s prescribed with caution in a subset of patients and that too for only a specific time interval.
Do you have a medical degree to deal with possible side effects of the highly potent derivatives you’re blatantly recommending?
