Only thing I remember about Dark Cloud is the demo that was on the demo disc of the new ps2. It was a cool demo and I think you could play 1 or 2 hours before the demo stopped.

Hey Mystacles, always great to see you no worries at all! 🥳 My dad won't take me a while to respond to this comments I had an issue with my lungs for a little while but I'm feeling much better now and I'm getting back to the UA-cam grind🙏🏼 It surprises me how much content of dark cloud was lost media and truly undocumented when creating this channel I thought I'd only have a small handful of things to cover for a year but we've got a lot more than we thought The crazy thing is lost media is always reappearing I wasn't even aware of this piece of lost media this flash game is particular but I remember that Sony did do flash games for other titles in the past

@@DarkCloudCompendium Sure, normally i am just a silent watcher of your videos... commenting from time to time. ^^ Yeah it is kind of impressive what they actually managed to implement there with plain flash. It would be absolutely cool to find someone who stored the source pages/code from dark chronicles flash game. Just too sad that there were no snapshot made from the time when it was all up on the net via the internet web archive. :(
I think the whole georama thing in Dark Cloud has been made redundant by actual city management games like Cities Skyline. A sequel should focus more on building up weapons. Like, thousands of different weapons for each character, and up to 10 000 different in-game items.

You know, I think you have a point but I really do feel passionate about the DC Series' potential for Georama creation especially when games like Minecraft are championing community creation for all ages too! The weapon upgrade system is the series' bread and butter and the Georama is the added extra factor that makes DC truly unique 😊✌🏼
@@DarkCloudCompendium we can only hope it does. After all there have been so many pieces of lost media ending up being found. Though sadly a flash game is gonna be a heck of a lot harder. No grandma will stored away have it in her attic for a grandchild to find, haha. And hopefully not the worst case, someone refusing to share with the world!
