I got to see kittie in Columbus like 14 years ago when I was 16 and at the end of the show I went up to them when they were packing up and hugged the lead singer and all I could say was “YOU LOOK SO PRETTY!” she told me I was pretty and hugged me. Wish I got a photo with her… they played at the stage where “dimebag Darrell” died.

Kittie always deserved way more attention than they got. It makes me sad that they aren't as popular as they should be, but then again maybe mainstream success isn't the best for everyone. Kittie is the greatest all female metal band ever, and one of my favorite metal bands EVER.
When Kittie dropped Spit, I was in grade 9 and blown away. I always hoped they'd come back at some stage and this lineup has always been the epitome of Kittie. Say I'm wrong all you want, but I still think Tara was the best thing to ever happen to Kittie.

I never NEVER understood how Kittie went over 10 years and never showcased in mainstream Mercedes low growls and growl vocals. Because her vocals are rarely on tracks. Saw them around 2010's at St.Pete Theather (rip) and was blown away how much Mercedes contributed to vocals.
