This is how I batch cook for the week but now that there are Well your world sauces it is a game changer because I can make so many different bowls with just basic ingredients. You guys are awesome!
You are both adorable. And Dillon ~ I love your creativity and spontaneity when cooking along with giving suggestions for different tastes. And you cut to the chase and get right down to cooking; no long explanations.
I made this hummus today and it’s amazing thank you Dillon! Made it in my Vitamix. Mine came with a smaller attachment to make smaller amounts like a smoothie or hummus. 🤗
6:40 ...and im gonna go with the rice in, (looks to camera as though for childlike permission) theeee middle? I LAUGHED SOOOOO HARD. Thanks Dillon for brightening my day. And with the added bonus of step by step meal prep that i think i might actually be able to do.
Two years ago wow. Reeves that’s exactly how are you I just make a little pile of everything after I have batch cooked everything separately. Thanks girlfriend. Luv u gys
This is great for me and I hope y'all can release more meal prep and lunch ideas! I would love ones that don't need to be kept in the fridge all day and don't need to be reheated because of places like school or work.
My 'secret' for faster cooking in the Instant Pot......I turn it on Sauté and add a little water in the pot. The element heats while I am doing my prep work for what is going into the IP. When I am ready to add my rice or veggies or whatever I am cooking, then I turn the IP 'off' - add the food, close the lid and program my time. It heats up to pressure in no time. Game changer! I also plan to do two or three batches of different things right in a row so the element never has to cool down.
Reebs.... was that legit the quantities you prepped? Maybe it's the fact that I have not made less than 8 cups of rice for a meal prep in probably 10 years....so it was like watching cute little baby bear portions...😁... these videos with you both are super cute btw....
I like my food separate and put together different each time. Except when I make soup. I make a big pot and eat it untill it's gone. I don't like to freeze my soup. I love the idea of that rice mixture. I have to give that a try.
I eat a similar meal most every night minus the avocado (and similar for lunch except it's a big salad with raw greens). It's my interpretation of the starch solution maximum weight loss meal. Sometimes I leave off the hummus and just drizzle with hot sauce (need to get my hands on Dillon's sauces). I always have zucchini and broccoli in mine as well and usually half brown rice and half white. Such a simple meal if you have all the cooked components already made and super satisfying
Perfect combo; the food and you two! I shoot for a green, a bean, a starch, and some more colors. The quantity would make 4 servings in my house unless my son was visiting--he'd eat 2 svgs and any leftovers. :)
Reebs, this IS what I like to eat and batch cook...Glad you are bringing your perspective to the party! Dillon, if you roll the lemon before squeezing it you’ll get more juice out of it. Your knife skills are on point. D+R How about giving us an idea of many ways to use those batch cooked ingredients together?
Looks delicious. Totally doable. Unfortunately, a time consuming process. Will attempt it. BTW, I looked up your sauces, they seem nutritious & yummy.👍💚🙏🙂🇨🇦
Just a reminder to anyone that's new to this. You only need a knife and a cutting board for this way of eating. Of course if you have limitations, you may want machines, but totally not needed for most people.
I'd love a suggestion for a variety of deferent ways to change up that hummus recipe. The basic one looks great. I think I am so used to store bought I just have to break the addiction to that style and get used to home style. I am getting used to experimenting with spices however good to get suggestions. Thanks.
Looks yummy! And I did LOL. When I hear batch cooking (we are a family of 4) I think of different proportions. That is one meal for our family. Well done, guys!
I do something very similar but I’ll also bake potatoes and mix it up. It’s also good with the cheese sauce drizzled over or turn the mushrooms into a sauce or saucy but I love it. Went today to get my shrooms and they were out😩. Why did they buy all the shrooooommmsss?? Wwwhhhyyy? Take the dairy but leave me shrooms 😭. What will I do now??
LOL! You think you are not weird? Do you know how bizarre this way of eating looks to the world? Forget about it! Please make WALMART haul video if you ever shop there. Thank you. :)
Dr Joel fuhrman said do not eat brown rice because it has arsenic. I agree with him. One day I soak organic brown rice ovenight, the next day, I saw oil multicolored floating on top of the bowl of that soaked rice. It looks like petroleum. Where does that oil come from. ? I ate that rice for five days because I did not want to throw away. I could not sleep for 5 nights. I never eat brown rice again, even organic. I do not want to mention the brand name. It is famous company. White rice is tasteless, has no nutrition and raises blood sugar. I eat buckwheat. It strengthens the lining of the arteries. Quinoa is good too.
Omg I laughed my butt off watching that LOL 😂 recipe looks yummy but it’s the humour and chemistry between you two that is so very endearing 💗😊👏👏👏
Awww ❤️❤️

Reebs is hysterical - love the two of you in the kitchen together :) Food looked good, too - nice job, Rebs!
You did great Dillon! You guys are so cute together. Reebs you accomplished your mission, for him to meal prep for you. 😁👍🏻
omg you two have the same sense of humor, it's really fun to watch lol. love this
You both are so uplifting. It is such a joy spending time with you. I will definitely make Rebbs batch cooking recipe.
🤗🥰
More Reebs Recipes please!
Ha! I am retiring.
That food prep would not last a week in my home ❤️🙌🏻 I love you 2 together
Same here, next time I will be making larger portions!
I agree. I eat basically the same and that would not last me more than 2 meals (if that).
I made this hummus today and it’s amazing thank you Dillon! Made it in my Vitamix. Mine came with a smaller attachment to make smaller amounts like a smoothie or hummus. 🤗

You guys are the cutest ever! Dillon is naturally funny. I crack up through just about every video you make.

Love Reebs. Hope you do more of these.

YASSYASS on that rice mix...Great stuff from TJ's!

I just saw this for the first time. Hysterical. And the recipe looks right up my alley.
You are going to knock this recipe out of the park (like always)
The first 25 seconds of this video cemented my love for Reebs 😂welcome to the land of real job people Dillion 🤣

You can try making the hummus out of cannellini beans as well. It makes for a very creamy hummus. I agree, the oil in the tahini is not needed. :-)
I will try that, thanks. I had to make it out of mixed beans yesterday, since we are eating what we have. Everyone loved it.
@@melmckane2913 Really good made out of black beans as well. If you don't care for garbanzo's, like me, its a very viable option.

Watching this in August '21, I laughed so hard at the spinach going everywhere. Thank heaven I'm not the only one who does things like that!
love you guys, Great work , as usual, awesome to see you back Reebs ...
Thank you so much Glenn!!

For a moment there I thought you were going to drizzle your mustard sauce on Reebs!!! Have to try some of those sauces.
That's more like 2 meals!
Loved the ending! Thanks for the video Dillon!
That is a starter for Dillon 🤣
Love you two together. "If you want to see him make recipes that I came up with.." 😆😆🥰

Awesome recipe, awesome visuals, awesome entertainment. Thanks!

I thought u were cooking with Zooey Deschanel at first, Reebs sounds just like Jess from “New girl” 😂
You are so funny, so real...love it
Love this one with both of you.
An Instagram Star 🌟 with my plating lol 😂
Last time I bought a pound of mushrooms I chopped them in my processor. Worked great, no carpel tunnel wrist.

You better make even larger batches!
@@WellYourWorld It looks delicious! I plan on making about 3x that amount. haha!
Loved this!
This was great.. thank you!!
I too, batch cook soups, stews, etc..
...And then progressively eat the entire pot throughout the night 🙃 womp womp
Ha ha ❤️
Love to add smoked paprika and a roasted red pepper to my hummus. I get them in water at Trader Joes.
Awwww... looks yummy and you guys are toooo cute ❤️
Video is great!
“I don’t care if Reebs likes it or not”
😧😲🤭😂😂💀
Love this challenge
It’s a keeper
6:37 Dillon looks to us for reassurance
Looks good! I am going to make it.
Awesome recipe!

Yum!
What a large of kale is that? Trader Joe’s has a few kinds. I couldn’t see the package. Thanks!
Thanks Reebs!
Reebs is so right about that batch cooking ;)
She knows ha ha
Good one Reebs
Reeeebs! Your the best!
Like it and want to see more. Sorry I got your name spelled wrong before Reebs
So funny! So good!
Thank you!
Yummy!
Hi Reebs!
oh my god that is soooo much work, cutting all those mushrooms
Awesome video....
Thank you Brenda!
Esto es muy chistoso me subcribo.
Still waiting for that yogurt recipe 👀
I don't chop my mushrooms that small
Ya there is no need, especially when it is in a pile anyway.
@@WellYourWorld I prefer them a little bigger and they shrink as they cook anyway.
Dillon is canceled. We want reebs to take over the chanel
9:56 nice Joe Biden impression, Dillon!
ha ha ha very nice
I hate mushrooms! 😭
💖💖
One weeks worth of food?! Two days max, if there was twice as much of rice. 😁

Try wild rice. It is not really rice but a grass.
don't eat rice from the south in the US. Buy Thai or Indonesian rices- they don't have the problem with arsenic that we do.
@@jessicaeiss2541 i read that rice from India and Pakistan has no arsenic.
@@mariesmith5852 does it taste good like rice?
@@ThuLe-eh1xe that is your traditional rice. Brown or white. I like Jasmin and basmati, but basmati is more expensive
Whatever happened to ur friend w glasses that was losing weight n u would sit w him to answer viewer’s questions? Where is he?
Friend, wife, dog....who knows and I guess who cares! He doesn't seem too,
Nick got a job and a spouse. I got a divorce and she took the dog, that was a couple years ago. Anything else? 😉
Well Your World ty for the update😘
9:56 social distancing
Excuse me, how fucking cute are you, two?! 🥰
I eat half that many veggies every day. Maybe the rice would last 3 days. What else does this woman eat?
Ha ha we eat plenty around here! But yes, that was not enough for a whole week, not even for Reebs.
What happened to your beautiful wife?
I was reading through the comments and... According to a posting in the comments of this video, Dillon and his wife divorced a few years ago.
😂😂😂😂🤣😂🤣
Be careful. Barley has gluten.
Its Reebs favourite meal because she didn't have to make it😉
😂😂😂
She needs some beans for the week. 😊❤️ however the bowl looks fabulous!
Mmm beans would be a good addition to this!
Hummus = "beans"
She's a liar! LOL
Hes to fast and funny.
I respect Reebs's choices because she's clearly a god-mind, but WHERE ARE THE BEANS! Just sayin'.
Yummy!!
