- To put it simply, this game seems to be going through an identity crisis. It's as if they wanted to make a competitive fighting game, but decided to ignore all of the strides that those games have been making in the last 10+ years, and instead go with some weird unfun hodge podge of mechanics that don't work well together.

this game... the dev released a sukuna that could oneshot the entire map but had some absurd quest reqs
after that they nerfed sukuna but added ANOTHER broken spec that had one move that would oneshot the entire map again
Terrible Jojo games trying not to add a overpowered spec from another cartoon (impossible)
Here’s the thing, that was the corrupt “co-owner” the owner wasn’t monitoring her and then got rid of her when she was figured out, besides the custom stands that dev’s have, it’s all jojo related

Few things about the game I'd like to add on:
Quests. They are horrendous. To get most if not all evolved stands, you have to do something so tedious just to get one stand, and while you can hold multiple quests, it means nothing when you have to kill 36 people and then an extra 100 (Mih).
Also, skins outright won't work with quests. For example, if you have a skin for ge, you can't take a quest for ger, which is extremely useless.
When I first started out, I felt as if I was soft locked since all my inventory slots were taken up, so the only way I could get rid of the stands I had was to pay (robux) for storage or pay (robux) for a reroll. Turns out you have to convert it to a stand disk, drop it, then use arrows to re roll. Also, to re roll a stand, assuming you have nothing from the start, you'd have to pay five dollars to get a potentially terrible roll. Doesn't cost 5, but you have to buy 5 regardless
When I started (like 3 days ago) I wasn't confused at all, the quests were simple and didn't actually take too long, i knew exactly how to get different stands and just have an alt older then 7 days and you're fine with stand slots xd🎉
@@FilthyMonkeyCantEvenUseJujutsu You're given zero direction, yeah, the quests are simple, but they are long. Let's look at mih. You need to A. Have ws B. Need to kill 36 people C. Then kill 100 and then you get mih. It's long, and that's not really subjective. Didn't say I didn't know how to, but again, zero direction is given so I didn't know about stand disks. Also never complained about storage space.

The quests are literally the most grind fest thing I've ever done. Wonder of U literally requires you to get a locacaca which has a LESS THAN 1% chance of spawning with a chance of it spawning every 30 minutes. But the devs thought that wasn't enough of a middle finger to the player, and so you ALSO have to kill 100 other people. If you want to experience stand powers quests, go outside, paint your fence, and watch the paint dry. I can guarantee you that watching paint dry is about 10x more invigorating than than trying to get any quest stand in this "game"

I find it funny how YBA is literally the pinnacle of roblox Jojo games, but its such a low bar and still shit yet no other creator can make a game better than YBA

I wouldn't say YBA is the pinnacle, there's definitely been some one off projects that released with better gameplay mechanics that just didn't take off at all. I mean shit TCA is basically just YBA but less stupid [or at least last few balance changes have been kinda crazy]
The reason there's not a better game is because the developers that CAN make a better game look at the jojo's game market see YBA having a massive vice over it and go "well not much money to be made there" and move on, at least that's how I am when it comes to developing.

Here's some stuff about the game/devs if you care much. The devs have a discord server to announce updates or report bugs but whenever you say something about hitboxes being janky they always just say skill issue and refuse to actually look into it, they also can not handle being critiqued about that kinda stuff either, in the discord i remember seeing something about adding even more moves to some stands like TW and when anyone disagreed they would delete their messages. They also throw little baby fits sometimes and delete the discord server while saying the game isnt gonna get updated anymore because they cant handle so much hate when its just people disagreeing with their choices or getting on them for being petty. The games a buggy mess with many hitbox issues, too many moves that just lead to 0-death combos and not great devs. I use to enjoy the game since it was somewhat fresh but now i dont even know why i thought it was any ounce of fun since its combat is just do combo, run, wait for moves to recharge and do that combo again until they die. Its a shame since they do seem really talented its just they will not listen to any feedback the playerbase gives unless its something they already plan on doing, i dont know if its just a massive ego or what but it sucks to see.

Combat initation is a ultrakill inspired roblox game, since you didnt want to cover ultrakill since it wont get any views you can play this and still get views!

Fun fact: When owner of this game removed Sukuna spec quest earlier than promised they were met with backlash, and what they did? Of course slowly lock channels, rant in announcments, but then they started deleting channels and calling people slurs (Hard Rs) until all channels were deleted

As somebody who "used" to know a dev of stand power(s?), I can confirm the devs(the one I used to be friends with) literally was just a troll. What do I mean by a troll? All they would do was kick a whole server for seemingly no reason and use op mod specs to randomly kill people mid grind.Not to I was in a private server and it took over 30 minutes to find a singular roka. Along with the fact wonder of you(the car noises) was extremely overpowered before the nerfs it got having a op counter that dealt half your hp aimbot that dealt big damage and was inescapable.

I remember using D4C LT in this game and figured out a combo for myself, plus he is a stand to get from an arrow. For some ungodly reason, this combo can do half of your hp. So all you can do with D4c LT is to just do the combo, use love train, wait for the cooldown, and use it again. I haven't played the game in a while so Im not sure what happened since
eclipse you should play type soul its a very well thought out and well made game you definitely wont tear it to shreds mercilessly

Hey Eclipse! I’d love to see you play a game called Type Soul. It’s a bleach game that’s been getting popular lately with 30k players. The combat is pretty nice and I’d like to see a review of the game from the eyes of someone who (I assume) hasn’t watched Bleach. (Also sorry if my grammar isn’t great. English isn’t my 1st language)
Worst part is there used to be tutorial NPCs back earlier in development that were taken out when the game exited its beta phase. Haven't the slightest fucking clue why. Also to get a spec, you need money. You get money by killing people. However, because people quickly figured out absurd oneshot combos they keep nerfing the money given. It also doesn't help that one of the devs is a JJK fan and naturally the JJK specs are overpowered as all hell for no reason.

Pretty sure one of the devs on this game had a giant hissy fit and started banning people from their discord if they dare criticize anything about the game; they also threw around slurs Willy Nilly.
The old co owner u are talking about is permanently banned and removed from the team for 2 months now, we going to work on the game as a community more than “Emily Powers” as we called it in the community
when the old owner of the game gave away ownership to emily the new owner which then ruined the whole game including balancing
