I have a hard time putting 76 at the back end of the list. I think i have more time in it than any of the others over the years. Edit:nvm, you got me haha
Best games of 2024 coming soon? :) I'm glad David Hayter is back as Snake in remake/remaster of MGS3. I got a voice acting background and he's been such an inspiration since MGS. The vocal training was tough, without noticeable results but actors like him or late Kevin Conroy re a great impulse to not give up: I was almost Leon in those new RE games :)
I am happy people have games they like, but mgs sucks bollocks. the series is almost 40 years old, its time to just stop. Make a new game stop these stupid remakes remasters, it shows the whole industry is just out of ideas and no interest to do anything else. At this point this is almost grandpas game. I don't do anything grandpa does, so why do we keep remaking his video games and comics? people need to be entertained that much? people really are lazy
Among all your yapping, whining and crying, there's exactly 2 points in your comment, you hate old games and you hate remakes...... And the solution is pretty simple..... Don't buy them, simple right. Why do you want to dictate what others should and shouldn't like and calling them names for their preferences?@@ravinraven6913

However the series evolves or changes, the actual IP of Fallout continues to be fascinating and fun. Just seeing how comfortably it was adapted for televisions shows how flexible it truly is
when 76 was announced, it was surreal. I was born and raised in wv and a die hard fallout fan. I was literally heartbroken with 76 and idk if I can try again. Can I get words of encouragement from anyone to try it out again
If you watch Triangle City there’s a ridiculous amount of cut content from New Vegas. I’m astounded at their ambition and even though it feels like lost of the game had to be removed what was left is a classic game. I would love to play the game they wanted to make.
To be fair to the reviewers, when New Vegas released it was one of the buggiest games ever made. It was so bad it made Bethesda look competent. But over time, it was updated and fixed. While I personally prefer Fallout 3, New Vegas is a fantastic game and I'm not upset at you giving it #1.
New Vegas is definitely more fun than Fallout 3. However, Fallout 3 was a harsher, bleaker experience that truly captured the atmosphere of a post-nuclear apocalypse. And for that reason it will always be my number 1. The world is just far more interesting.
@@MattrickBT Having had my Dead Money save get bricked, I've had a harder time getting back into New Vegas, just one of the many bugs that still plague the game. Nothing spoils a game more than having a 50+ hour save get bricked because of a bug. Not a problem I've ever had in 3.
For those who didn't experience it, New Vegas was sort of unbeatable on launch. The final dam level would crash frequently. Saving every 5 seconds until the game crashes, and keeping your head looking at the floor was the way to finish the game until it was patched.
@@Justagamerhere1 I don't remember if it was an issue on PCs, but on consoles, it would also increase the save file size until it just wouldn't work anymore.
@@stratuvarious8547 I don't think I played New Vegas until late 2011/early 2012 when the Ultimate Edition came out. Most of the worst bugs were done then. I heard Dead Money had some issues, but I don't think I ever encountered that issue. If I did, I forget because I always rotate 3 saves on every game since my power went out when saving on FF9 on my PS1 and I lost 35 hours of play. The biggest issues I could recall was crashing when going throughout Gomorrah and some major frame rate issues in the Battle for Hoover Dam. Even then, it wasn't as bad as being around Faneuil Hall in Fallout 4. Apparently the Series X upgrades have solved that issue. Finally!

my Worst to best Fallout 76 Fallout Shelter Fallout 1 Fallout 4 Fallout 2 Fallout 3 Fallout New Vegas EDIT: any game i didnt list, just mentally put them ABOVE Fallout Shelter and BELOW Fallout 76, because they barely register as Fallout games imo, thus i hardly care to rank them.
Fallout 4: fun because of smooth combat system. base building isn't for everyone, but I seemed to enjoy it. Fallout 3: great because player influence affected the world, both good and bad. good and negative karma triggers make each playthrough enjoyable. New Vegas: great because we can mess with enemy factions, by reverse pickpocketing C-4 into their (undisclosed) pocket, and rake up massive body counts.
i dont care much for 2, but i put it above 4 in my list, merely because in the end your replay value is greatly screwed in Fallout 4 compared to any other Fallout besides the Original that has virtually no replay value. that being said i'd play Fallout 4 sooner than i'd play 2.
I have played a lot of fallout 4 and have never beat it. The story is meh and I wasn’t a fan of the leveling system. I also despise building and they constantly want you to do it haha.
To this day, new Vegas is one of my favorite games (if not my all time favorite). I usually start an annual play-through around this time of year…I think this video is a sign to get the game booted up
Tried 5 separate times to get into new vegas and when you tell me I have an 85% chance to hit what I'm shooting at in VATS and I miss 6/10 shots over and over again there's only so long I'm gonna play a game with gameplay as shitty as that.
I respect the list and its intricate formation, but I'm glad we've moved beyond the point where a game being "novel" is better than a game being "better." I think Fallout 2 is everything the first game is with fewer bugs, no time limit, and far, FAR more content. But I understand: the first one came first, so it does deserve its placement.
Yes, Threads is pleasant viewing (!) About as harrowing as When the Wind Blows - the Raymond Brigg's nuclear holocaust story that was made into an animated feature. It's very bleak.
Because with games these days, especially online games, they're constantly being updated. The Fallout 76 that exists now is barely the same game as the original release. It seems silly to rate the game as it currently exists based on it's launch reception, or to negate the launch reception and only judge it based on how it exists.
@ right I agree, I just feel like it’s pointless to mention the state of the game at launch when it’s completely different now and should be evaluated in current state
List works with me. Forget the old Fallout games. To complicated and hard. Give me a game that holds my hand more lol. Though I'd probably put Fallout Shelter at the top even though its not in the game general format.
indeed, 3 has a great landscape to explore, but it's shallow in comparison to NV, where your decisions matter and affect the future of the world around you. in Fallout 3, the only thing that matters is whether you turn on the purifier, let it blow, or poison the water itself.
I would say making a list is one of the easiest things there is when making videos....each year more content keeps coming out giving them...more content, I am serious, are people really brain dead?
New Vegas is over rated. It's an incomplete game and it's very badly designed in certain places. Obsidian designed a 2d isometric Fallout game and shoved it into a Bethesda mold. Actual rankings should be: 1. Fallout 3 2. Fallout 2 3. New Vegas 4. Fallout 4 5. Fallout You could switch 1 and 2, but you're delusional if you're putting NV over either of them.

aint overrated at all, you're just incredibly shallow. sure, 3 has a better world and 4 has better gunplay, but NV is narratively superior in every way.
fallout shelter sucks, it's addictive and makes you want to buy stuff for it. But then you reach the end, no more real missions and then you get characters that shouldn't exist. But its not canon so it's all lame And the Power armor helmet they sent out didn't have mold in it. It is not supposed to be WORN, there is no where for your breathe to go, so it causes moisture buildup AND if you are so dumb and or lazy that you can't wipe down your helmet everytime you use it, then duh it gets mold.....it has no nose holes or any air circulation outside the neck. Literally a problem most mask companies experienced. But fallout doesn't think things through. If you get a power helmet, people WILL want to wear it.

Funny thing is, take it from someone who grew up there, launch Fallout 76's emptiness is accurate to real world West Virginia.
It makes zero sense that anyone who would rank New Vegas at the top spot would rank Fallout 3 above 2 or 1.
