Been goin to a clinic for years. It saved my life and caused me to miss out on ppl getting killed by these fake pills with fentynal. Go as long as you need and try to get insurance. Without insurance it gets expensive. Also try to take vitamins and fiber. Good luck!

I remember surrendering myself for 30 days in LAs twin towers. The cop I surrendered to in Long Beach, looked at me strange and said I’m surprised you’re here. I was like do the crime, do the time. He laughed and smiled. I said, I want this to be done…he said you’re smarter than most. 🤦♂️ I was like, really??? I didn’t think stupid could get more stupid….
I was young and got put in the drunk tank on Christmas eve and they had us singing Christmas songs lol it was messed up..they made it seem like we'd get out in a few hours and with minimal charges but then kept me in there for almost 2 days and charged me with all kinda different shit! I told them to watch the camera's to prove I didn't do anything and of course they said the camera malfunctioned and they couldn't watch the tapes...talk about some BS!! I learned real quick to never trust anything they tell you. They ain't there to help, only to get paid and make you pay as much as possible.
That's one thing I (& other women with a heart) would tell the new girls who we saw crying &/or looking scared to stop doing. You can't be going on the wing in tears or looking like an easy target because there's women who take advantage of it. If you gotta cry , cry behind your door. Dry your eyes, straighten up, be assertive & don't give anyone anything. The word of the day is "NO". N...O... NO! I HATE bullies, but prison is prison. You've got to stick up for yourself.

You're right brother, men showing emotions should be normalized because we're all human. Unfortunately it's a cultural thing, especially in jail or prison. There's a fine line you have to walk, where you don't show weakness but you also don't go around with your chest puffed out trying to act like the hardest guy. It's unfair but that sergeant was just trying to help that dude out. Basically you don't get to wave a gun around and threaten people and then start crying once you're locked up. The other inmates would eat the guy alive if he goes in there like that.
