I used to have what I thought was a friend move to Las Vegas and commited the same crime, his sister ended up texting me to inform me what happened, he and two other people broke into a 70- year old man's home, tied him up, robbed him of all his valuables, and then shot the man in the head. He was 18 at the time and is in prison for life, threw his life away before it even got started.

I don't think plea agreements should be allowed in cases like this. It should be one of two outcomes in all 50 states, the "death" penalty OR "hard time". By "hard time" I mean life with NO parole possibility EVER, NO appeal rights, working in the fields supplying the prison food, NO luxury items within the prison, NO visitation, etc, etc, etc.... People don't want to live that way, then DO NOT commit these horrible acts of violence against others.

The woman's death was horrifying, disgusting, and senseless. But the efforts to continue the investigation, and bring her then-unknown murderer to justice were impressive. My heart goes out to her family. I'd definitely want them on my side in a similar situation.

Its not impressive. There was a lot of pressure on the police to solve this case. Its more impressive when police solve crimes of victims that no one cares about.

Crazy to think people can be so willing to take a life over money, drugs, materialistic items. They all deserve life in prison. also the courtroom audio was so low even the captions had a hard time picking it up. But all said appreciate all the content you put out to us bro. 5:37 How wasn’t it premeditated… They tied her up and then shot her so she couldn’t tell anyone who they were. It’s not like she attacked y’all and you accidentally shot her in the struggle. Obviously y’all discussed what to do with her and decided to end her life in the interest of protecting yourself from being pointed out down the line.. That sure seems like a plan to me!.. 🤷🏻‍♂️
But all the apologies in the world from these people mean absolutely dick to that family, and I’d honestly hope they they don’t believe they actually mean anybody them. They only sorry because now they are on stage for a smoke show!.. 💨💨💨👏🏼🙌🏼💯

knowing you have daughters and the love a father has for his children when you pause the video 4:41 to say your thoughts on the fathers emotions It really hits the heart. I have two young boys and we didn’t find out their gender until they were born and was hoping to have a girl because I wanted my little princess. I know how much love I have for my sons and I hate to say but I can’t imagine the amount of love I would have for my daughter and if someone took her life like these scumbags I would find away to hire an inmate to take their lives in the worst way possible. Sorry for long rant

As far as the death penalty is concerned, I guess I'm in the minority. Death is the easy way out. I'd rather see them spend life in prison w/o parole. A lifetime of being in fight or fight mode is worse than the release of death. Never a real moment of peaceful sleep, always needing to look over your shoulder 24/7. Possibility of having them cheeks taken. 40+ years of that is real torture.

So tragic it had to end the way it did, I was reading about her and she seemed like such an all around amazing person, just by looking at her you can tell she had a contagious personality and smile, so very sad.
The irony of some of these guys is absolutely ridiculous, they just took someone's life and they flip out when sentenced to a long bid or even death and they are all like "but your honor you're throwing my life and future away"....bro really you just ended an innocent persons life and you have the audacity to bitch about what happens to you? (Not just talking this case in particular, sadly you see it alot in murder cases...no accountability whatsoever.

Ok he said he was (forced to a plea deal) for something he shouldn't, so that means he is claiming he was (coherced into a plea deal) which also means his plea deal is (voided and invalid) by law and the judge cannot accept his plea deal

My brother in law got 48 years after getting sucker punched, jumped by 8 people, because he stabbed one of them in the stomach. The unjustice system is f'ed up! Condolences to that woman's family

48 years for stabbing someone in self defense? I sincerely doubt that

you all would be surprised. I obviously think dude is lying but my buddy got completely fucked over a self defense case in Georgia. he did 4 years and he and his brother were jumped. all on camera. I agree 48 years, dude did something wrong. But I wouldn’t put my faith in a jury. People/ the law these days are seriously insane.
