I'm pretty sure that Sean said that he does it himself; he can set it to hover in a certain place take some video, then move it to provide a different aspect - hopefully the batteries never run out so it falls somewhere inaccessible!
I can't believe how much difference cleaning up a yard makes the house look better! I mean, the house at first looks like it should be demolished. But after the yard is clean, the house seems to have more potential. It's awesome to see!! 😁

thing hat sucks across the country is the taxes,i own a few homes and the one i live in in NJ my property taxes alone are $15k,we need term limits on congress because some of those people in there are like 80yrs old and theyre clueless to how things are..Young couples cant even buy a home its really hard and that sucks...All the money we give away to these countries that shouldnt be getting a dime,we could eliminate property taxes if we stopped funding wars and housing all of these criminals that cross our border illegaly..
@@etlnyr74 From what you have written, I could say "ditto" for the UK. It's criminal how governments of the world waste our hard-earned taxpayers' money on things that are nothing to do with us! It's utterly disgraceful. We have a huge homeless problem in the UK but illegals are put up in 4* hotels, clothed, given 3 meals a day, a new smartphone and spending money to boot! Meanwhile our elderly freeze, businesses go bust due to insane levels of taxation, and illegal migrants are given Council houses as a priority.
I hear you. I am in New England and paying through the eye teeth in rent to a slum Lord. I love doing yard work, I would love a property. You are great Sean, Thanks for all you do. You are the real deal.
Hello, Sean. I always look forward to Monday morning and your new videos! I have found a way to give back to my community by volunteering in the local schools and encourage other retirees to find the way they can give back. I know you are not retired, but more than any other yard makeover person (in my opinion) you are doing the most AND including your viewers as much as they can help. I LOVE the way you stop and talk to us while you are working. It really feels like you are bringing us along with you. Really no one else does that. It is like you are teaching us and I have learned a lot of tips and tricks in keeping my own yard neat and clean. Your kindness interacting with everyone has been an example for me and I'm sure for everyone watching. Your dedication and faith really shows. Thank you for what you do even though I live FAR away from Michigan!
Hello Kathy. I recently retired this past summer and I am giving myself some time to have no agenda-after 42+ years in the medical field-however, when it’s time, volunteering is at the top of my list! I agree that watching Sean is like we are there with him. He is so darn entertaining. Love his videos ❤
Besides doing a great, above and beyond job on these yards, and the amount of kindness in your heart/actions for others. Your videos are bangin'! Perfect editing etc! You don't overtalk on your videos, or stay on one thing too long before it starts to get boring. Yet, give us enough to see all the effort you put into cleaning things up. I just wanted to point out your video/editing skills are excellent too!! Take care and have a wonderful week! 😊
I'm curious. All those shingles piled in the backyard, apparently for some years and the roof of that house is still in desperate need of replacement. Love the quality of work that you do! My #1 favorite channel!
Gotta admit, I've never seen a tree growing out of the steps before!! Wild!! Another fabulous job on that yard as well. Got the entire neighborhood looking pretty sweet!! Blessings to you and yours on getting ready for the snow season. 😇💖🤩👍👏🌬️🍁🍂
Sean, I liked the comment from the roofer gentleman suggesting a pitchfork for picking up shingles. Another tool to add to your arsenal of landscape weapons.
Great job Sean! Two things: 1) that tree that was growing by the back steps is tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima), an invasive tree that is also host to the spotted lantern fly, which is also invasive and very harmful! The spotted lantern fly has already been seen in Michigan and should be destroyed. It has wreaked havoc in the Mid-Atlantic region. 2) the tarps on the roof were placed to temporarily protect the house from leaks. The loose tarp has exposed the roof leak it was covering. 😢 I hope someone saves these two houses. Thank you Sean for all you do for the community.
I watched that video when you fell off your mower, and so glad you were okay. You are the best and can't wait until you put out your next video. I never watched lawncare videos until you and please keep up the good work. Your work will never go unnoticed and hopefully more and more people will do what you do. Helping where there is need and looking for nothing in return, but the Lord will reward you openly. You are definately a game-changer for the community.
I watch all kinds of videos of lawncare work. Everyone from Fill,Kevin and Robert, Spencer, Martin and Daniel. They all are doing great work but, you're one of the best. Tim,George and Sean from Australia are really good at what they do. But like I said, you're one of the best.
Love what you're doing. And the roof is just in time for winter. Let's get it done. Since you said there was a rodent problem, I can almost guarantee it was a Rat Snake without even seeing it.
For that big of a tree to have grown there, that house must have been abandoned for at least 5 to 7 years, that's sad tbh. Good job giving it a nice reset, and for the benefit of the neighbors too!
Appreciate you saying, “Look what we did.”. Thank you fellow subscribers. Don’t just watch these transformations and volunteer work, subscribe - it’s free. God bless all ❤️ from Minnesota
So glad you could get both properties cleaned up for the neighborhood. The other lawns look so nice, now these places match. It's so sad that so many houses are abandoned and left to just rot away. They just become a haven for critters you'd rather not have in the neighborhood. Another job well done!
Glad you fixed the downspout...I noticed! BIG SHOUT OUT to your editor...great job keeping up the interest with the different aspects...YOU ARE A WONDERFUL PERSON!!!
When doing a project like you do when walking the yard dragging your feet helps finding things that could be hidden in the grass or overgrowth you do a great job with helping the community and maybe get neighborhoods working together to step up and helping each other,
As I will forever say, you are an absolute blessing to all those you so generously help. No judgement at all, you just get it done. The love and genuine caring for your fellow man shows in ALL you do. My heartfelt thanks to you and your precious family.❤

Both of these homes are so pretty -- the snoopy in me would love to peek through the windows to gawk a little. Just love older homes. Beautiful, beautiful work on the yards!
OMG! I'm doing the same thing, too! Your OCD is contagious, Sean!! Im starting to notice little details while you're cleaning and fixing and comparing it to other lawn care videos! Your eye for detail, your thinking and planning is so good. Your consideration and caring is so nice. Your mama raised you right!Keep up the good work, you are loved by us fans!❤🎉👏👏👏👏👏

Some mowing companies give me dirty looks, but I don't care!! Keep up the good work!! P.S. GOOGLE Michigan for species of snakes!! You will be surprised!
My wife loves your channel. We're retired in Tallahassee Florida. One of my hobbies is composting and raising red worms. With your hobby of lawn care you could easily have one heck of a worm farm going with all the grass and leaves for the worm food.
Geez Sean you’re giving us heart attacks lol. 2 wks in a row you’ve had some close calls. This was a really good one. Stay safe. Your little boy is very sweet. You can tell you both have a good relationship ❤️🇺🇸
Awesome job Sean 👏🏽as always Perfectly done you don’t leave nothing undone. I love your videos. I ‘m 81 years old and I love watching your yard transformation. Superb !!!!
I love Mondays... if only because I know there's a new Midlife Stockman video! This was another major improvement. Not surprised there would be snakes, if there's a rat problem. Hopefully the cleanup of these two yards has a positive impact on reducing the rodent population. Thank you, as always, for checking in garages (or under homes) before sealing them up, so no animals are trapped. You are so thorough in cleanups like this. Sometimes other channels leave me asking "why didn't you cut the limbs overhanging the driveway?" or "why couldn't you shape the hedges?" Your videography is also so pleasing. The right mix of high cam, low cam and drone shots. A few slow-mo bits, and a couple of mower-mount shots, without it becoming a gimmick (or dizzying - body cam and mower-mounted shots can give me a little vertigo). Really enjoy the bits where you make things disappear, or take a minute to talk to us about something. You're always so positive about things, too. I'm generally a wry, sarcastic person with a bit of negativity, but I've been inspired by people like you to try putting a positive spin on things, and I notice a difference in how I feel.
Love that. Jump when you find a snake. Then says we are going to be more careful. Then right back to sticking your hands under the pile. Glad it wasn't a biter.
Sean so thankful you were spared from serious injury, thank God. Happy it’s Monday and once again your video shows the great yard transformation you so clearly accomplished. Bless you for your kind acts of dedication and service to your community.
What I have heard and what I have read on here is, if the hedge is in front of windows, keep the height of the hedge under the bottom of the windows. It's a safety thing. Someone can't hide in the hedge and look in the window. Makes sense to me!! Great job on the hedges and the whole property. It sure makes the neighborhood look better! Hello from MN!

As I’ve said before and I notice others are saying it too, you exceed all other UA-camrs that are in your line of work, simply because you go the extra mile and clean up after yourself! While I always enjoy watching yard clean up videos, you have set the bar so high now that all other channels are being left behind and I really don’t care to watch them anymore. My little pyro heart has missed the days when you made bonfires from the debris in earlier cleanups, but at least today you made a little fire on your own property! Thanks for making your sponsorship ads as interesting to watch as the cleanups. So glad you are getting that sponsorship $$! You definitely work hard for it, and, as many have said, you do some of the best work, helping the most people, lifting the most spirits. See ya next week!
I miss the fires also. But, you have to stay until it is totally out.
Who is doing the drone work? And I agree with many of the other comments.......you are the star of the Helping Out people/neighorhoods property clean up! The other videos just don't compare the care and and clean up you do. Congratulations on showing such a great work ethic and Kindness!!!
I'm pretty sure that Sean said that he does it himself; he can set it to hover in a certain place take some video, then move it to provide a different aspect - hopefully the batteries never run out so it falls somewhere inaccessible!
"I love how detailed and informative your lawn care tips are! I’ve learned so much already-keep up the great work!"
Your bush trimming skills have improved
That's what she said.
Agree. Just watched the ones in the begining and compare to the ones of this month. Going in professional level👌
I can't believe how much difference cleaning up a yard makes the house look better! I mean, the house at first looks like it should be demolished. But after the yard is clean, the house seems to have more potential. It's awesome to see!! 😁
We love you too Sean! Thank you for making Michigan cleaner and beautiful ❤
in the last week that ive been watching and subscribed, the subs have grown from 475k to 480k!! 5 days/5k subs!! well done everyone.. lets support this man with subs and likes.. so YT puts him out there and he gets paid for the HARD work that hes doing. yay!
Such a shame to see these homes abandoned. I recently moved into a small apartment but I sure do miss my house and yard.
Thank you for all you do ❤
thing hat sucks across the country is the taxes,i own a few homes and the one i live in in NJ my property taxes alone are $15k,we need term limits on congress because some of those people in there are like 80yrs old and theyre clueless to how things are..Young couples cant even buy a home its really hard and that sucks...All the money we give away to these countries that shouldnt be getting a dime,we could eliminate property taxes if we stopped funding wars and housing all of these criminals that cross our border illegaly..
@@etlnyr74 Definitely need term limits, but you gotta know Congress would vote that dead *every* time!
@@etlnyr74 Your property taxes are not going to the federal government. You have to vote locally and by state to influence those.
It's just beautiful, Sean! You are a master lawn renovater!💖
I’m going to call you “El Gato” for your cat like reflexes. Be safe. As always excellent job. 5 🌟
I wondered the same thing. No obvious roof repair on this house … why the discarded shingles?
You are absolutely the Mr. Rogers of yard work and make every day a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
I remember that song mr* Roger’s sing “ it’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood “
Gotta admit, I've never seen a tree growing out of the steps before!! Wild!! Another fabulous job on that yard as well. Got the entire neighborhood looking pretty sweet!! Blessings to you and yours on getting ready for the snow season. 😇💖🤩👍👏🌬️🍁🍂
You really do read your comments. Thanks for fixing the gutter that was too close to the stack of bricks.👍
So many abandoned neglected homes and yet so many homeless ppl. Such a pity ..
… great work in keeping the community looking nice and safe ! ❤
The bushes look Awesome👍👍 The whole property fits into the neighborhood now, except for the roof, but you did an amazing job❤
You really made a wonderful change in that neighborhood. Great work
I watched that video when you fell off your mower, and so glad you were okay.
I know the neighbors just love you. That's what every street should look like. Well groomed. ❤❤
I watch all kinds of videos of lawncare work. Everyone from Fill,Kevin and Robert, Spencer, Martin and Daniel. They all are doing great work but, you're one of the best. Tim,George and Sean from Australia are really good at what they do. But like I said, you're one of the best.
Nice looking older homes with pride of ownership. Neighbors should be appreciative. Enjoying another video. Thank you.
Love what you're doing. And the roof is just in time for winter. Let's get it done.
Since you said there was a rodent problem, I can almost guarantee it was a Rat Snake without even seeing it.
You rocked it again! Awesome cleanup! That snake can slither into the garage for its new home! God Bless You & your family!
Midlife is going to have all other lawn transformation channels shaking in their boots!! Hahaha!
Sean is by far the most thorough clean up/repair channel! Is there anything he doesn’t think of?!!! I mean even to the point of responding to comments and returning to properties and fixing what few things he may have missed(which is rare)
Sean we LOVE YOU!!! This is SO satisfying to watch!!! For those of us with a type A personality it is everything to see your attention to detail!
Keep up the GOOD work my friend❤😊✌️✨
Both of these homes are so pretty -- the snoopy in me would love to peek through the windows to gawk a little. Just love older homes. Beautiful, beautiful work on the yards!
OMG! I'm doing the same thing, too! Your OCD is contagious, Sean!! Im starting to notice little details while you're cleaning and fixing and comparing it to other lawn care videos! Your eye for detail, your thinking and planning is so good. Your consideration and caring is so nice. Your mama raised you right!Keep up the good work, you are loved by us fans!❤🎉👏👏👏👏👏
I love watching all of you guys keeping these yards looking nice!! I hope you all never get to old to quit! {'m yrs old and I still go around my neighborhood and cut grass for free!!
❤❤❤ oh wow....Sean, u did such a wonderful job on trimming the bushes...practice makes perfect ❤❤❤
Geez Sean you’re giving us heart attacks lol. 2 wks in a row you’ve had some close calls. This was a really good one. Stay safe. Your little boy is very sweet. You can tell you both have a good relationship ❤️🇺🇸
Proud as can be to have you love our state! Michigan is much better with you in our life! God Bless You!
Great job Sean. I wish more people would like your videos. You go above and beyond. Fantastic. 😊😊😊😊
Sometimes other channels leave me asking "why didn't you cut the limbs overhanging the driveway?" or "why couldn't you shape the hedges?"
Your videography is also so pleasing.
Greetings from Houston,Tx Sean!
Martin and Daniel on Saturday, Fill on Sunday, Sean on Monday. Personally my 3 favorites. You all do great work.
Thanks brilliant gentleman, love your work.
Who else here, has left propaganda tell-a-vision for the real, authenticity laced channels like this? Midlife Stockman is my favorite monday coffee watch! ❤❤❤❤
My last TV broke in 2010 and I never replaced it, I don't miss it at all. At the time it broke about all I watched was sports and I realized that I could listen to the games on radio and enjoy them and could see the highlights on u-tube.
Same! 😊
Ditto, the only other one is flawless cleaning in the UK.
Indeed I watch only sports on my tv 📺 but for that it has become redundant and I’m glad, turn the magic box off folks
Absolutely out of the Mainstream BS. This guy is for real and creating a wonderful movement of kindness and compassion. This is contagious This is what we need in this country 🙏❤️right now. Fellow Americans helping each other.
You do the best clean-up. Love it that you don't leave all the clipped grass. Love it when I see it bagged up!
Super job!! I was impressed with you still putting your hands in that pile after the snake encounter! As always God loved you and keeps you blessed!❤️🙏😎
You are truly a blessing to the community! Peace and blessing to you!
Skills on the bush trimming have improved 110%. Great job Sean!
Soooo much better. But please be careful with those snakes.....
Brigitte from the Netherlands 🌷
Thanks for updating your fans on the brother and sister house.❤
We loved the surprise snippet of you at your property! That was fun, and would love to see it more often!
You have an incredible work ethic and it is plain to see that you are not in it for the money, but for the satisfaction of being able to help others. You sir are a very rare person and the world needs more people like you!
Just wondering once winter settles in, what can we expect from Midlife Stockman. I’m so used to seeing my weekly videos now, I don’t know if I can wait for spring to see new content! 👍🇨🇦
If there’s a lull, a BIG if, you could always check out Flawless Cleaning. Ben is like the UK’s answer to Sean.
Watch Flawless Cleaning Services. They not only go the extra mile they go beyond.
Check out Flawless Cleaning Services. I think you will like what they accomplish.
I’m still shaking from you almost getting bit by a snake!!! So glad you are ok. You are such a good person and we appreciate you and your family.
What kind of snake? It's the Midwest, not Georgia. It can't be a poisonous one. Can it? No fire ants. No poisonous snakes. The South can keep them, thank you very much.
@@lmiller1413 Michigan has the Eastern Massasagus Rattlesnake
@@darnprecious1 Not in residential Detroit... they live in swampy areas
@@lmiller1413 yes, the snake is probably not venomous in this area. Snakes are a benefit to the environment, and rarely pose a threat in northern US.
Another clean that looks so good. Improving neighborhoods one house at a time with a smile! 😊
What a gift you are for the neighborhood. Amazing job! 😊
Sean you are absolutely THE BEST!!! you always follow through. Thank you and God Bless!!!💚 Your son is a super cute helper!
I wasn’t able to watch this on Monday because I was on a mini vacation with my sister…but just saw it. You did a fantastic job…the house and yard look great. Have a good week and see you next week.
These abandoned houses make feel feel sad. Seeing how you clean them up makes it better .
Boy when I saw you fall I screamed, so glad you were not hurt or lose a limb. Much love for you for what you do out of the kindness of your 💜 ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I about jumped out of my skin. Sooooo scary!!! Glad Sean is ok.
Michigan has a misaugwae rattlers snake
I'm not sure how to spell it, I'm sorry
Great job! Especially since you are working all alone. Be careful.
I have waited for a week, here you are in action. Bravo
I love the size of these yards. Just big enough to not feel like the neighbors are too close and just small enough to not take all weekend to maintain. Great job as always. Keep up the good work 👍👍
I think those lots in Detroit are 40’wide by 60’ long. Lived there for seven years.
I didn't get a chance to watch Sean on Midlife Monday, but im watching it today, Tuesday.
You're the best Sean, and this is another job well done.
Thank you, be careful, and God's blessings.
Hi Sheran here, I have been a subscriber for a while now I love your show. As I begin to watch your show I began to pray for your safety. It is a dangerous job sometimes so when you had the accident, I was so grateful that I had been in prayer for you, I thank God for hearing our prayers. I will continue to hold you in my prayers thanks for the great job you do I love you. I’m thankful for your family and how they stand by you. Yeah Woo! Midlife Stockman!🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
Amen to praying for him, covering someone in prayer is one of the greatest gifts you can give.
I do agree. I also think we need prayer to help this country’s leaders to hold Christian values foremost in their decisions. I do pray for this election to go without any violence.
